Introduction
Systems thinking is a perspective view that helps the organizations events and trends in a new light and extended response. As language is systems thinking unique qualities that help organizations communicate its many systems. Systems thinking focuses on groups rather than coins, and emphasizes the role of the compounds, including the role we each play in the systems at work in our lives. It also highlights the feedback round instead of linear cause and effect (Pegasus Communications, 2009). In today’s schools, leaders have to work in the field of massive complexity unknown circumstances. Today’s leaders must employ to think differently about their organizations and ways to overcome the challenges set.
It is inadequate and often counter-productive, are merely for leaders as proper functioning of the machinery (Reed, 2006). Leaders must ensure that it is a process in which the engine works well. Leaders have a valuable service if they see a revered or process that had its day, or work as originally designed but against overall objective of the organization. Leaders sometimes forget that are created by individuals, based on an idea of what needs to happen at some point in time (Reed, 2006). The sociologist Robert K. Merton coined the “goal displacement” term to describe what happens if compliance with bureaucratic procedures, the objective rather than focusing on the objectives and organizational values (Reed, 2006). If it assume a lack of systems, organizations, their own life, which tend to further disturbances and missing order. Because of their experience and position leaders are equipped with the authority to intervene and correct the problem or leave systems. At least they can for change in a way that the leaders represented in the lower position can not. Leaders at all levels should therefore be attentive driving behavior systems. Human hostile organizational effectiveness (Reed, 2006) The leader must therefore see the parties and allIn his book, organizational theory. Modern, Symbolic and Postmodern Perspectives (1997). Mary Jo Hatch provides an introduction to systems theory is useful to think about organizations a point makes worth repeating: the language of simple machines creates blind spots when used as a metaphor for used human or social systems are human systems infinitely complex and dynamic. In other words, it can counter-productive to a complex dynamic social system (2006 Reed) as a simple machine. treat
Systemshow the human body, have parts, and parts affect the performance of the whole. All parties are interdependent. The liver acts and interacts with other internal organs, brain, heart, kidneys, etc. You can select parts to study individually, but because of the interactions, it makes little practical sense to stop there. Understanding the system is not aimed at the individual analysis. The key to understanding is therefore synthesis (Reed, 2006). The systems approach calls for the leader of a scheme, some of which are easy to identify other complex. Leaders must constantly focus on the whole rather than its parts. The systems thinker keeps the focus on the whole system and analysis of the results.
Systemic thinking is a holistic approach to analysis focuses on the components of a system of correlation and system performance over time and as part of a larger system. Systems thinking approach is in contrast to the traditional analysis, which studies the decomposition of systems into their individual components. The systemic thinking can be used in any research and study, the medical, environmental, political, economic, human resources and education systems, used by many others. In systems thinking, the results of the system behavior against the impact of the strengthening and balancing process. A building process led to an increase in some components of the system. If the building is cleared by a balancing process, it ultimately leads to collapse. A balance is a process that tends to maintain the balance in a particular system (Pegasus Communications, 2009). couldpurpose of the article
The aim of this article is to introduce the concept of systems of thought and propose two frameworks that work to support comprehensive school reform.
What is the Comprehensive School Reform
Comprehensive School Reform (CSR) focuses on the reorganization and renovation of schools, such as the implementation of a number of focused initiatives to improve contrast and potentially in schools uncoordinated. Schools in general, CSR efforts have targeted the need for reform and improvement. In most cases, schools that operate CRS worst schools with low student achievement. According to the latest data from the laboratory of educational development in South-West (SEDL), schools receive money to CSR models implemented by the SRFC average rate of 70% poverty. Moreover, almost 40% of schools receive funding for school improvement PRSC was 25 under Title I of the Regulations and% were identified as schools with low performance identified by national or local guidelines (SEDL, 2009). Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Act (ESEA) of 1965, which also aims to develop and improve educational opportunities in schools, poverty of the people, has provided a wealth of CSR efforts financing.
The U.S. Department of Education frameworks CSR eleven separate elements when applied consistently, is a “complete” and “scientific” approach to school reform More precisely, a CSR program. Employment proven methods for student learning, teaching and school management, based on a scientific and effective practices that have been replicated successfully in schoolsintegration, teaching, assessment, classroom management, professional development, parental involvement and school management; offer teachers high quality and continuous staff development and professional training, measurable goals for academic achievement and provides benchmarks for achieving these goals; is supported by teachers, principals, administrators and other staff throughout the school, supporting teachers, principals, administrators and school staff through the creation of joint leadership and a broad base of responsibility for reform efforts;
Enter a sense of participation parents and the local community in the planning, implementation and evaluation of school improvement activities, the use of high quality external technical support and assistance of a company has the experience and know-how in the whole school reform and improvement, which may include higher education a plan for the annual assessment of the implementation of school reform and student results achieved, identify federal, countries, local and private financial and other resources to use the schools to receive services, support and the reform efforts of the school and meet can coordinate one of the following conditions: the program was found throughscientifically research base, marked improvement in academic performance of participating students, or the program was evidence that a significant increase to have the academic performance of participating children. (U.S. Department of Education / Comprehensive School Reform Guidance, p. 5)
Strategic planning . Through a Lens Systems Thinking Postmodernistic
certain strategic planning, where an organization is in the next year or more and pass as it is when a leader of the organization looks through a lens system is the strategic planning a new importance. In general, the systems of thought processes of an enterprise-wide, or focus on an important function as a department, a department or other important function. Most school directors and district administrators instinctively like the idea of strategic planning. Many jurisdictions, however, have no real understanding of what it is and what it requires. Strategic planning focuses on the organization of resources to each predetermined measurable results. Effective planning, this definition includes all the resources of the organization and purpose (Cook, Jr., 1988). There must be a deliberate and thoughtful (Peterson, 1989). Strategic planning can be built to influence human future. The act of planning means that schools are more than passive peasants in the hands of economic forces.
A strategic plan often begins with a mission statement. most districts and schools in the mission statement of the organization to build the leadership support. Both the process of the mission and vision serve as pillars of the school-wide systemic change. The strategic plan also spells out the objectives of the Borough and operations he wants to achieve, and what it does. It is recommended that participating schools and communities in the strategic planning process to important trends affecting the organization as a foundation to identify the strategic planning to start. Thomas Hart (1988) recommends the use of several to start small groups in planning. Within these groups, discuss, combine and prioritize their goals for the neighborhood. representative of each group report on the whole body, so that everyone shares a sense of cohesion and consensus. After the planning group has a degree of consensus, it can formulate its goals subcommittees release that objectives for each goal. you must specify whether the job should be done and who is responsible for completion. The strategic plans are rule completely. In today’s schools, almost all principals school have their school teams through the process of creating campus improvement plans, who have a spin-off of strategic planning has become. These plans generally include everything essential to a school district or. Mission Strategic planning usually includes several important activities or process steps Different people often have different names for these important activities There are several ways to conduct more post-modern strategic planning. .. strategic analysis, strategy and action planning strategic analysis includes . an analysis or assessment of the total environment of the organization, this can include elements of the environment, including demography, changing social and economic forces, etc. Within this activity, there is an assessment of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks;. Also, a SWOT AnalysisAnother activity related to the way organizations plan to challenge known activity is carried out strategic sense. This activity includes assessing the state of the organization, including key challenges and opportunities. From there, the organization is prepared the strategic objectives and strategies set to achieve these goals in this process to achieve the objectives of the following criteria: … specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely manner, this process is also known as SMART goals
The last job in connection with the planning strategic planning of activities. action planning is about how the objectives will be achieved. This process includes specific objectives and results of organizations to manage the. In establishing an objective, is the method established to determine how the organization will be successful. The last stage of action planning is to time lines and define responsibilities with clear measures of progress against targets. Monitoring and evaluation during this activity
Baldridge Model :.. Apply realm of the senses to the strategic planning and systems process thinking

He belonged to the school “heroic” standing strong and silent amid the chaos. His quiet typical “he-man” role, which later became stalwarts like Gary Cooper, Clint Eastwood and John Wayne picked up. Never bombastic or a speaker or an orator, his game has been underestimated, always spontaneous and natural, subtle and quiet, the effects by suggestion, rather than open action. It is believed that the actor, whose personality is best fit a role she plays well, and the roles he created for himself formed to act to fit his own personality and abilities. On stage, it was fascinating and deep, but not versatile. It was by all accounts a superior player in every respect, but only in a limited number of roles.

Slight inflections of his voice spoke wonders. ccasionally Georg shaker has stressed hen least expected, he signed or moved her body so fast that the speed of action on the opening and closing of a fast camera was shutter.16] compared
uses his intelligence rather than emotions and carefully calculated every movement, every nuance, every contraction, every change of expression, to the best effect. SE Dahlinger him short: teeth seemed to speak or do not produce the strength of an emotion, it might be interesting, without emphasis or infinitely touching descend without sentimentality. One of his greatest strengths as an actor is the ability to say anything at all on the scene, but one thing to the inner viewing an emotional crisis or comedy keep the public peace, awaiting the moment when he speaks again. 17]
He was unmoved, an actor who does not emote, even in the love scenes, including Moses said Montrose, e used by the sense of the situation, thanks to the exquisite sensitivity of retail to the outside, rather than the romantic attitude and glowing heart. “
His performances were known to stop it, so still he stumbled did. Elements came in the quality of life,” he said to him, every show was a “life simulation.” Therefore it was important for the actors and actresses speak their lines lines already written and I’ve learned that if they are formed gradually, which is of course, talk like people in real real life. The actor, Gillette said, must speak each line as if it was the first time those words were said was, and give each room, as if for the first time he had done, not hundredths. She hesitates sometimes stumbles over words and act as if it was actually invented, as he went, and not to repeat that the lines were recited, had time and time again shows in precedents. Therefore, its performance was not smooth and seemingly effortless. He looked as if he is not his role as if he learned to improvise or remember the battle for the lines, or even their constituents when he went straight to the impression that he wanted to try just the effect he was away.
repressed His style also contributed to a voice that was not really strong host at the beginning. He was thin, light, bright and clean, with a head tone quality and to a limited extent. Morehouse described as “dry, fresh, metallic, almost shouting.” Gretchen Finletter recalls that it “suited a dry, almost monotone voice perfectly to the great Holmes.” Monotone Dennis Sherk said, is a term for a Free Class Player ardly Gillette, but it seems that this delivery was made aware of monotone. The trick was apparently successful, if it has been reported for the monotony of her magic in her voice, and Ad-quality loans to speak of other voices against it.21]
Most of all, his game was contemporary and modern . The Times in 1937 noted that “it would be difficult to convince some of the American public who knew him and followed him all the best actor who was never the American stage decorated. And it can not find another actor , the break could revive a role in 76 of the nineties and a walk with her two seasons on the length and breadth of the country again. It would have to say that Mr. Gillette’s most successful conservative was all the American actors. “
In spite of his superior talent as an actor, but Gillette has its first impact on the theater of the West as a playwright on the left. His plays have been for their unity and cohesion at a time when most parts were not available. And Gillette, who led the way in providing realism in staging. He brought the exquisite detail and true to his sets, realistic sound effects and amazing lighting effects of all his productions. He has ideas to improve technical and mechanical stage effects, their greatest impact raising and lowering of the curtain in the darkness to hide scene changes and the rising of the curtain, reveal the dawning light of all the next scene. eliminate these and between-act curtain calls and speeches, have tried to maintain the illusion of actors to create. And the curtain effect is a possible means by which he not only maintained but actually said fourth wall that separates the public imagination on the world stage. His dialogue is realistic and his characters in the fields of farce and melodrama, were natural, both in their behavior and manners. This made them easier to identify with and it has the dramatic scenes more dramatic. He
a flair for drama and his two scenes riveting scene in the hospital was occupied by the enemy Telegraph Office and the scene of the secret services are still seen the dramatic scenes in the history of American theater. Add this place in the gas chamber Stepney in Sherlock Holmes and the blackout scene of electricity, and you have a playwright with an incredible talent for exciting thrill.
He was in the way in which he creatively developed his characters, and what really happened to the enemy-held, in which he was clearly removed the traditional distinction between the hero and villain characters is that sometimes a mixture of both Spy and the sympathetic hero of the piece. Cousin Richard Burton wrote, was daring for the first time grommets in the treatment of character. He hates the classics like the plague, and sometimes puzzles his audience a little by the description of a person to go to class and labeled or refuses bad hero.24]
What Gillette civil war was played twice popular and unique is that he wanted to take sides. He also went to the North and South, the provision of integrity, loyalty and honor of the two, although he has a beautiful spy hero every game. However, this game outside of Gillette everything else was not only his confidence over realism, his playing steadfast scientist or a higher sense of drama. At a time when American art of any kind by the British themselves very small, was organized, it was also a pioneer in the American drama by Merican, reject what up to then a profound influence on America since European theater.25]
up in a production of 1886 1887 occupied by the enemy, Gillette introduced a new method of his own, which simulates a runaway horse. If men had halves of coconut shells to finish on a marble plate simulates the sound, Gillette took this awkward and unrealistic. Applied to the 9th June, letters patent No. 389 294 on 11 September issued. This title is ethod for producing effects of the stadium. It was a method, not a mechanical device, there were no illustrations in the two-page document. And the patent was too large, imitating the introduction of new and useful way to approach the sound of a horse or horses, departing or passing at a gallop, trot, or any other desired approach and in the production of stage effects, theater or other entertainment performances, exhibitions used to be & c.
His method was working with hammers, that uses the hooves of a horse eating represents a material to the road bed on which the horse will be traveling as well as jam, snorting, or directly to represent a turbulent manner , so that the driver is rising, and then begin first at a trot, then gallop, and finally a race, or any other desired shape in any order. It could also imitate the sounds of pounding hooves on different surfaces: the clay, brick, clay, gravel, lawn, or when crossing bridges.26]
This is not the first patent, which it had requested and received. In 1883 he first submitted four patent applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for a time-stamp ‘, such as patches to the surface of the material a dial and one or more pointers to remote access, which is the time of the day, when the stamped paper that she was so stamped in each case. All four acceptées.Comeback
Charles Frohman was a young Broadway producer who had success with the exchange of productions between the U.S. and Britain. After production of some parts of Gillette, the two form a stronger partnership. Their productions are very popular, sweeping the Gillette Company in London to accept been in the past reluctant to American Theatre. The enemy in 1887, Gillette, the first American playwright to success on the British scene with a real American play authentique.Service Secret reach
Finally, Gillette took full retirement in October 1894 in Too Much Johnson adapted from the French comedy, The Plantation Thomassin, Maurice Ordonneau . After his debut at the Park Theatre in Waltham, Massachusetts, has opened on October 29 at the Columbia Theatre in Brooklyn. This game was very popular and has several times on stage century since its founding.
In 1895 he made the biggest game, he would never write, the Secret Service was. It is the absolute best of the civil war has many products after the war and was beginning a literary career as a playwright and dramaturge. His approach was balanced and completely non-political, which the characters of the both sides of the conflict all the best qualities of patriotism, courage and honor to have a good melodrama necessary. It was never about the reasons for the war. The only motivation, he let his characters was their loyalty to their respective causes and loyalties of the two sides had an equal honor and nobility of purpose and action. As to how he was in the hands of the enemy has, Gillette a spy in the sympathetic hero of the piece, and it was a novel, the focus of the piece rather than the military conflict in which protagonists were involved.
Secret Service was created in the Broad Street Theatre in Philadelphia for two weeks beginning May 13, 1895, with Maurice Barrymore in the lead role. Gillette has rewritten the script and played some in the space when it opened on October 5, 1896 Garrick Theatre. It was the first time he had taken on the role of the romantic hero in one of his own plays. The production was up by 6 March 1897 and was a huge popular success and critical.
After its American success reserved for open Frohman Secret Service at the Adelphi Theatre in London’s West End’s May 15, 1897, and became the cornerstone achievements Frohman England.
Meanwhile, Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Holmes felt stifled and prevented more valuable literary work, his Sherlock had completed Holmes saga and killed off Holmes in the last edition in 1893 published. was then, however, Doyle will need an additional income, as he had intended to build a new house . He decided his character to take the scene and wrote a play. Holmes had in two previous works of other authors, Charles Brookfield sketch under the Clock (1893) and the set of Sherlock Holmes John Webb (1894), but Doyle is now writing a new five-piece act appeared with Holmes and Watson offered in its first year to year as detectives.
Doyle the lead role of Henry Irving and Beerbohm Tree then. But Irving was refused and demanded that the tree Doyle Holmes to rehabilitate his image as special he wanted both Holmes and Professor Moriarty play. Doyle refuses to consent, saying it would degrade the character.
Given that the game has a lot of work needed, sent the literary agent AP Watt, the Charles Frohman script, which went to London to meet Doyle. Here Frohman suggested the prospect of a revision of Gillette. Doyle has approved this Frohman, and received the staging author. Doyle insisted on one thing: There should be no love interest in Sherlock Holmes. “Frohman his was a report by Victoria” Trust Me! ”
Gillette, then to read the entire collection for the first time, liked the idea and began play in San Francisco setting, while continuing to travel in the Secret Service. Both artists are confident. have exchanged one occasion, after a number of telegrams about the game, Gillette Doyle cabled: “May I marry Holmes?” The Steadfast Doyle said: “You can marry or murder or do what you want.”
The love interest was in keeping with the melodramatic style of the era, focusing on romance and a happy ending. Gillette has always given his audience a degree of romance, and always a happy ending.
Corners Gillette famous phrase version consisted of five scenes in two acts. Combining elements of several stories of Doyle, it is mainly the land “A Scandal in Bohemia” and “The Final Problem.” It also had elements of A Study in Scarlet, The Sign of Four, The Boscombe Valley Mystery and Greek interpreter. However, with the exception of Holmes, Watson, Moriarty and Billy the bridegroom, were all the other signs of his own inventions.
The difference in the intellectual, described as original, “a machine, but as a person, Holmes Gillette, how brave and openly express his feelings. deerstalker cap he wore on stage, initially in the illustrations by Sidney Paget in the 1890s was introduced. Gillette led the Briar pipe bent or curved instead of straight pipe of Illustrators, illustrated for Gillette that supposedly his lines was easier to deliver, in fact, it is difficult to say clearly if the Line pipe is curved or may have been just as well as Gillette faced a simple, a BlackBerry with the seats in the mouth. Gillette folded see also uses a magnifying glass, a violin and a syringe, all of which came from the Canon and all have now demonstrated that the “random” Sherlock Holmes character.
Gillette has the full set together: “Oh, it’s elementary, my dear,” which speak later by Clive Brook, the first Holmes film, as “recycled Elementary, my dear Watson, “Holmes’s most famous line and one of the most famous phrases of the English language.
Irene Adler, the woman in the series, was of Alice Faulkner, beautiful young lady, who had succeeded to avenge her sister’s murder, but ends up falling in love with Holmes and Hunter, unnamed in the canon, was Billy Gillette, a name he took in movies and Basil Rathbone designated retained since.
Sherlock Holmes or The Strange Case of Miss Faulkner (later renamed in Sherlock Holmes – A Drama in Four Acts) is complete. Then, one night Secret Service that the company is playing in San Francisco and stay at the Hotel Baldwin. The script was in the possession of his secretary, to William Postance in his room Baldwin, when fire swept through the property room of the hotel of Baldwin Theater in the early morning hours of 23 November. The financial loss was estimated at nearly 500,000. Only two deaths were initially known, but several people missing, and while the flames were Baldwin, smoke and water bound to adjacent structures.
Postance escaped, but the entire script has been reduced to ashes. Postance went to the Palace Hotel, where Gillette was asleep and woke up at 3:30 in the morning on the bad news. Not too happy disturbed in the middle of the night to be, Gillette has just asked if the hotel on fire? Convinced that it is not, “he said Postance, Elle, come talk to me in] morning.31
with two original scripts – Doyle and adaptation of destroyed Gillette – Gillette has rewritten the room, either from notes or an extra copy in a month.
Doyle and Gillette had never met. Sun Doyle was understandable shock when the train stopped, and Sherlock Holmes himself is mounted on the platform. But there he was, together with the spare figure aquiline features and deep-set eyes. Sitting in his pram, Doyle proposed the development of open-mouthed awe, to the actor pulled out a magnifying glass, look closely at his face and said Doyle (as well as Holmes himself would have done), “Without a doubt a writer!”
Doyle broke into a hearty laugh and the partnership was sealed with cheerfulness and hospitality of the weekend Undershaw. The two men were friends for life.
