Question : Elevated white blood cell count for past 5 years, every since exposure to mold…? I never had this problem until I was exposed to mold in an apartment that I rented 5 years ago. Now every time i get my blood drawn my white blood cell count is really high, and doctors Always ask me if I am sick or have an infection. Once I was even hospitalized for 5 days and an infectious diseases specialist couldn’t find any infection in me.
