Several letters via Certified Mail, (to insure the Dealer received my requests), have not been replyed to, except the last request, stating that he did not receive the previous letters. Question : In the given situation, would you buy a home warranty? House – Flipped, lots of work Appliances – NEW Water heater – NEW Furnace – 18 years old (HVAC person said it’s fine at this time, no repairs needed)
Would you get the warranty on this house? People, stick to the question. Real estate guy….bad answer. I had an inspection and it came out well. And I saw pictures of work that he did so I happen to know it’s a lot more than just “prettying it up” Appraisal came out too.

Question : A contractor in So Cal is telling me that if I Install Hardie siding over stucco that the warranty is void? He is essentially saying that I would have to strip the stucco off my entire home and then install the Hardie over the original framing. Another Contractor is telling me that you can install the Hardie right over the stucco. Is there any way I can verify with Hardie direct? They do not talk to consumers directly.
