Question : A dummy wants to draw his dream house: software needed? I plan to own customized house. But rather than spending so much money to architect to draw until my dream house is designed, I thought if I could ‘draft’ one myself, and then let my architect to fine it up. Is there software you could recommend? But prefer a software that is not so difficult to pick up that I need to undergo a training course first LOL. Question : Switched insurance companies, new company wants to do a home inspection? My old insurance company did a drive by inspection. The new company wants to come in the house. They said they want to take pictures of the water heater and furnance and whatnot. There is a room in the basement that has a crack in the the wall where water gets in sometimes. I don’t want the inspector in there. If I lock the door and put some bins in front and tell him it’s empty, will he still want to look in there? Question : So, my dad is moving and he wants me to design his new house? Calling all designers!!? I am 15 years old, but extremely desgin savy. I love watching makeover shows and desgined my beautiful room. I need some help though, i need to know what kinds of things i should buy and where to buy them…. any suggestions? This can’t be too expensive, but nothing cheap looking.

This house is for me and my 3 brothers and dad. The house fairly large. The designs should not be too masculine looking, or too modern. My dad likes simple and clean desgins, so nothing too flashy or over the top.
