Question : I want to move to New York City after high school! What should I do? I have always wanted to live in New York City, and living in Pennsylvania right now isnt my life style. PA is so boring to me. Whenever I go to NYC, I love it so much and I really dont want to go home. Currently, I am a freshman in high school. We just had a baby and now we have two kids and two adults in a two bed room condo. But my step daughter has to have her own room it was part of the custody agreement. Question : My parents want me to stage their house for sale. Tight budget? I have a really (emphasis on really) tight budget. The project won’t be starting for about two months. I absolutely love stuff like this:

P.S. The budget has yet to be set, however I have to stage the entire house, plus fix the flooring and tile the fireplace, so furniture can’t be ridiculously expensive.

Either way, you’re going to need a lot of capital and some decent “connections” in that world. You are going to have to know the right people.
