Question : Mold and Rental Units? I have a rental unit where supposedly a mold grew. I had a mold inspection done and am waiting for the report. It is a multiunit property where it happened in one unit and a tenant in another unit all of a sudden found out and out of nowhere filed a complaint with the health dept. and the court. My property is managed by a management company. The tenant never bothered to contact the management company about this until they probably found out from another tenant and than mysterious health problems started to occur. Question : PODS: Portable On Demand Storage units: Anyone else had their thiings destroyed while stored in one.? Many people were forced to store their belongings in PODS (Portable On Demand Storage) units after the hurricanes of 2004,2005, and 2006. My family included. We finally are ready to move back into our home in Florida and now have discovered that over half of our belongings were destroyed by water droplets while in the PODS!
