They said, we had a 10year warranty. But, just a month later after buying and getting it installed it stoped working and cooling my home.. So, we contacted the guy who installed it and, he said ok I’m going to charge you $ 180.00 for the labor part.. Should he charge me if I have a 10year warranty and it’s only been a month??
