have you had an attorney look over the contract ? have you tried to sell it? they may get the condo, and sell it, and anything owed over the purchase price can be your debt, you need to look up the laws in your state to find out what the laws are under foreclosures.

Look in the phone book under “Real Estate Management”….call or send resume. Most do not require certificates prior to employment and will pay for training for COS (Certified Occupation Specialist) and Property Management after you are on the job.

Hi! In condo apt. was a common pipe leak and my kitchen flooded. Plumber came, tore wall out, fixed leak. Plaster fixed ceiling. Carpenter did cabinetry. Deductible is 10,000 on a Master policy. Manager said – not enough damage (6-7000). There is no unit owner insurance. Is there a chance to get new kitchen through insurance?
