1Question : How do you check and see if mold and mildew in your home have reached toxic levels?

I would contact the owner of the rental property and ask that they purchase the kit to check the mold and mildew in your rental. If they choose not to do anything about it then I suggest you purchase the kit and take the price off your monthly rental bill. Mold and mildrew grow in areas that are moist and low air circulation. If the outside walls in the rooms are collecting mildew and mold I suggest you run a fan in the room for better circulation and keep clothing from touching those walls and try not to overstuff the closets.
Mr Mortgage Exposes Wells Fargo’s Toxic Waste 4/7/08
25second home mortgage
Visit my new blog… mrmortgage.ml-implode.com Wells Fargo Subprime toxic waste exposed. Do they have to raise capital? Mr Mortgage shows a 2006 Wells rate sheet. This is hard evidence of Wells doing nasty subprime loans for borrowers with scores as low as 500 and 120-day mortgage late payments, which is essentially foreclosure status. They did not sell this directly to consumers, rather used correspondents like New Century, Accredited, Countrywide etc to rebrand the programs and sell them as their own. This is a very common practice but this just proves Wells is dirtier than most. First, because not everyone did subprime. Second, because they lied of course.

Why do dogs detect toxic mold?
0reports were prepared by various companies in the mold remediation with dogs for the presence of mold can be seen in homes.
Obviously, this is probably not a good idea of medical services, because the animals are no less vulnerable to the effects of toxic mold and other fungi that we are human. All medical mycologists She is happy with this information and inform you that the practice of using dogs to sniff out the shape is not something that should be promoted is. It is cruelty to animals and must be stopped.
In modern times there is no reason why this method of detection of the fungus even further for any reason. There are many other ways to recognize the form in addition to a defenseless animal in danger.
The dogs can not identify the types of mold is present or how much, only certified and qualified researchers are able to do so.
Some will say they are with dogs about the health risks to humans, they will recognize the form itself, but this claim is not credible to anyone.
The fact is that mold inspectors and researchers, who have become defective and develop a serious lung diseases and skin them contracted through the misuse of their personal protective equipment. to use
biohazard suits and masks, if an operator to search and remove the mold from a home or business can be tried. Diseases and conditions that may be caused by mold, may have also led to the death, and while we humans have the ability to go to a doctor and if we identify dogs and other animals have no choice.
It is often the case arise from infection with mold in a pet is registered place, it is submitted must be entirely beyond the treatment and the animal to avoid pain.
Our animals can be affected caused by pathogenic fungi by fungus eye infections, respiratory diseases, kidney and other infections. After exposure to toxic mold or allergens develops the body’s immune system, an allergic sensitivity and less able to defend themselves against opportunistic infections.
Please do not set someone that uses dogs to detect mold for mold in your home or business. If you can not trust your pet so why would you allow another animal use? There are many other ways for a company to detect mold remediation mold known in your home.

Mold is toxic, better off living in prison, then dying in a toxic house. It is a paradox that mold is toxic and yet, it is not toxic. Everything is toxic in high enough levels. One or two of the most toxic mold spores will probably not kill you, your immune system will fight it off. A woman on a radio show died from drinking too much water. The water washed out all of the salts in her body causing her death. Some say that mold is not toxic, that it is the mycotoxins, that some molds produce, that are bad for your health. These mycotoxins are hard to test for and we just assume they are present if the mold is present. I will not get into the technicality of whether it’s the mold, or mycotoxins that they produce, that is bad for you. The mycotoxins would not be present, if there was no mold. Although if there was mold and it was cleaned up, the mycotoxins might still be present. Stachybotrys Chartarum, is what many will call the toxic mold, it produces mycotoxins. It has been proven to damage people’s health. Many other damage people’s health, but it has yet to be proven. Aspergillus and penicillin also produce mycotoxins, so I would say they are bad for your health. However, even cladosporium, in high levels produced liver damage in mice and can cause severe rash on the legs of humans. Google Cladosporium and rash for some pictures. Most experts do not believe Cladosporium is toxic, nor produces mycotoxins. Mold can grow in your lungs and produce fungus balls. LSD is made …

How do you know HOW toxic BLACK mold is? How much is a home test ?
1Question : How do you know HOW toxic BLACK mold is? How much is a home test ?
And does this test, detect all different types of molds that could exist in ones home?
We live in a 150 yr. old house that split off into 4 apartments.
I was never familiar w/black mold or molds beforehand, but a few months ago black mold started growing through the paint in one corner of the bedroom. There’s a small leak from somewhere in the roof that has dripped once in awhile apparently in the closet.
Now I’m really MAD because am wondering if it’s been effecting our health + have valuables~esp. photographs that have to be thrown away due to possible toxic mold?

Unless it’s stachybotris, black mold is not dangerous.
You simply have a mold variety that happens to be black.
It comes from a water leak. If the leak has already been repaired, someone just painted over the growth without killing it and sealing it.
If this is the case, use bleach to kill it, wash the area with any household cleaner, prime with a stain blocking primer, and paint.
Don’t waste your time, though, until you’re sure the leak has been repaired.
JP Labs launches Nano-Indis (TM), revolutionary new auto-read-indicators to monitor the shelf life, sterilization, and toxic substances
0Middlesex, NJ (openPR) 3 October 2010
Affordable and accurate nano-Indis is by applying a layer of etching on a metal-plastic film produced printed with an opaque message (fresh) above and a (not) on the bottom that are not seen can. A metallized plastic film typically has a 10 nm thick layer of aluminum oxide and a layer of 2 nm. If these nano-materials are destroyed, a combined message, รข? ????, FRESH demonstrated not suddenly after a predetermined time through the video and figure 1.
selecting the right caustic, JP Laboratories has a variety of self-explanatory Nano-Indis developed. They can be used to monitor (1) if the self-expiring badges for visitors and employees, retail labels, mailing labels and security, and parking tickets, trains, coaches and sports events, (2) temperature cooking in the microwave and ready-to -eat, such as military meals, (3) replace durability, quality and the expiration dates of use by food and medicines (4) freezing of fresh blood and production of vaccines, (5) The thawing of frozen meat, fish, vegetables and ice, (6) exposure to electronics and dehydrated foods humidity / moisture, (7) sterilization of medical supplies by steam, ethylene oxide, plasma, hydrogen peroxide and dry heat, (8) toxins, chemicals such as chlorine and ethylene oxide and ionizing radiation (9), such as gamma / X-ray. Nano-TTI (time-temperature indicators) can be used as package / tape by producers of perishable goods, shippers, warehouses and supermarkets / shops are used to monitor the quality of perishable goods, but not open boxes or crates. Most of these devices are also in a linear motion limit for the surveillance and RFID for remote monitoring of asset quality and at the same time.
Nano-Indis have a rare combination of the most sought-after objects. They are precise, self-reading, 100% irreversible, economic and inviolable. Non-Nano-indicators are confusing because they change colors gradually require color reference cards and notes, and subject to interpretation. Nano-Indis are fundamentally and functionally different from those available today and will gradually change color indicators obsolete.
