monthly. Our monthly payment with this increase is $ 2150.00 per month. I am a Stay at home Mom and we can not afford this!! He told us to try to get our own coverage when we moved in 2 months ago ( we tried, but unless you are the homeowner- you cant change the policy) and he will not fax over documentation to Allstate. They quoted us 1200.00 a year!!
What can we do?? We did not sign a lease for $ 2150! Our lease shows $ 1500.00 a month. We love our home- it is perfect for us. But we cant pay for this home!!! Please give me some advice.
WE CAN NOT AFFORD TO MOVE AND LANDLORD IS NOT RESPONDING TO OUR CALLS/EMAILS/LETTERS!!
My husband is already working 16 hours a day 6 days a week. We only have one car and I have to be home with our baby…
We are under a lease. 12 months. It is stated in it that we are to pay $ 1550.00 a month with a $ 50.00 credit if we pay on time.

Answer by are we there yet
there is NO way that your homeowners insurance should be 625 a month!!!!!!! i pay less than $ 400 for the year!! i think your landlord is jipping you.. what kind of rent to own contract do you guys have?? i bet you guys are paying all this rent, and he will probably never give you the property.. you need to find out what is going on!!!! seeing as how he won’t even e-mail or call you back about something so little, imagine whne you pay off the house and want it signed to you.. i anticipate trouble for you!!!!
I told management that a employee was selling drugs to kids while on duty only after the mom of one of the?
1Question : I told management that a employee was selling drugs to kids while on duty only after the mom of one of the?
kids came in yelling at me about. I warned management about it because she was going to show up the following day. I also felt that 30 complaints between 2 employees was something the new manager (1 year in position, I trained her) would want to know about. When I realised that she was sweeping it all under the rug I told her boss ,the guy that hired me 4 years before. I was the Rock Star as management called me but for reasons I can only say are jealousy because all the residents loved me, requested me for parties (I was a Facility Coordinator) and never was reprimanded before. I have been fired and the drug dealing employee and the 2 employees the Homeowner Association residents complained about still work there. I have even been denied unemployment beenfits and need to appeal it. How can I expose the BS. I loved my job and never did anything as unprofessional as the others yet I’m fired. Help! Give me statement samples to add to my appeal!

Sucks.
I’ve spoken with someone who was harassed by a man she worked with who would scratch on her window every night and say suggestive things to her with her 4 year old daughter there. She complained to her boss and was fired and was also denied unemployment benefits because the boss she complained to made up a story. These things happen to good people and the only way to fix it is to talk to a lawyer, first to get unemployment benefits, and then to levy a suit against the company.
I want to buy a home in new jersey. A mortgage guy told me I can buy a home in new jersey and use fha for a ho?
2Question : I want to buy a home in new jersey. A mortgage guy told me I can buy a home in new jersey and use fha for a ho?
oops. here’s the rest of my question.
use fha for a house that costs 450,000. But someone else said the maximum is 417,000. Does anybody know the facts? I am buying a home to live in. Not a investment.
Correction. I referred to the cost of the home. I meant to say “mortgage.” I know the mortgage amount will be less than the purchase cost. I was told by somebody that the “mortgage” cannot be more than $ 417,000.

Hi, Pat. It looks like your question got cut off. Depending on the size of loan and assuming you qualify, you should be able to use an FHA loan to purchase a primary residence in NJ.
If you want to email me the rest of your question, I’ll happily respond.
When I got pre-approved for a home loan I was told I dont qualify for first time homeowner loan?
3Question : When I got pre-approved for a home loan I was told I dont qualify for first time homeowner loan?
I was told I make too much. I am the only one in my household and I make approx 55,000.
The website http://www.mnhousing.gov/ …….shows that its 64,800 for the cut off point. Am I missing something? Would a mortage broker lie to me?

There are several income computations we have to use for my state’s Bond loans. It could be you make more money in the first few months of the year & your income is being projected. If you think you should qualify, talk to another mortgage company. Just so you know, those programs don’t always have the best rates.
explain what we were told about home owner’s insurance and a new roof?
5Question : explain what we were told about home owner’s insurance and a new roof?
I’m inheriting a house and it is 27 years old. When my sister and I were getting the vacant home policy until the deed is done, the agent said that they, Allstate, require that if a house is older than 10 years old, then to be insured, the roof must have been re-done in the last 5 years, or it needs to be re-roofed to be insured. This implies, that is someone builds a house today and uses 50 year shingles, in 10 years they’ll have to re-roof or if they sell, either they or the buyer will have to re-roof to get home owner’s insurance.
I’ve been looking at buying an older house and none of these have been re-roofed. Is this a requirement specific to Allstate or a new industry wide scam. Supposedly it is to make the house less risky. What happened to the 50 year warranty on the shingles if insurance companies find 10 year old shingles to be obsolete?
the house will be sold.
however to continue the vacant policy until sold, would cost me an extra 175 a month over the regular home owner policy.
Throw the 10 year thing on top of them requiring
my sister to drive 300 miles one way to sign the new vacant policy instead of over the phone on her going to an Allstate office in her city, signing the policy and them faxing to my city, then Allstate seems to have more than one odd rule.
real estate agent says the “seller” shall have the home in “insurable” condition, putting the roof cost on me, if true.
State Farm did ask “has the roof been changed lately”. I said no. Yearly premium over $ 700 & 500 deductable. My father was only paying $ 375 so must have had high deductable. State Farm around $ 550 with 2500 deductable. Also, State Farm requires u to pay for out of wack contents & storage shed. Shed cost 5000 and State Farm requires insured for $ 15,000. Contents they require $ 70,000 when actual is only $ 15,000. So, Allstate lets u pick the coverage but not sure about their re-roofing rule. The agent clearly gave an example of someone buying a house built 11 years ago, and if it did not have a new roof in the last 5 years, there must be a new one or no policy. I think it may be company specific. My sister’s husband is the one who said their home has 50 year shingles. Very expensive house.
I can try Farm Bureau, Nationwide and AllState agent will send me a quote since he knows I’ll be the owner. I’ll assume the quote takes into account the roof since he knows the house built 1982.

usually when you get insurance on a house, someone is sent out there to look at the property and determine if its insurable or not.. ive never heard anything about having the roof to be redone every 10 years otherwise your uninsurable..then again I dont insure with Allstate.. Try State Farm…
Federal Advisory Committee Told flexibility is needed to help the agricultural community to meet the new standards for air quality
0Raleigh, NC (Vocus) 7 October 2010
AAQTF is a federal enterprise advisory committee composed of 25 members representing science, farmers / producers, businesses, lobbyists and environmentalists. Their function is as mandated by Congress to make recommendations to the Minister of Agriculture to provide and to ensure that the regulatory authorities (eg EPA) for the policy guidance used and regulatory development, on a sound scientific basis.
Federal Advisory Committee Told flexibility is needed to help the agricultural community to meet the new standards for air quality
Dawn Fenton, the director for policy Diesel Technology Forum, the People? to explore the leading advocate for the use of clean diesel technology, a presentation of the work group to other coping strategies and their relative efficiency. Told a version of this presentation can be found here for viewing and can also be accessed on the forum? S Web site.
â? Agriculture is very different from the street or even other off-road diesel vehicles. Therefore, solutions could that make sense in these sectors could not be profitable or even, in the agricultural world, â? AAQTF Fenton said.
In recent decades, Fenton said the board, growth in demand for small tractors has far exceeded that their devices via 4WD. According to the manufacturer of agricultural equipment, 90 percent of the tractors in California less than 100 hp. These smaller tractors have less space for additional control equipment exhaust, which challenges to their installation. Similar to the construction industry, it may be problems with the driver’s vision and heat production, the impact on safety.
Made Tractors
Pre-1991 offers no option other than retirement rehabilitation and replacement
In addition to its size, said Fenton, a critical examination of many other agricultural tractors is their age. Many farmers even with tractors for the years 1970 and 1980. Products manufactured before 1991 do no other choice but to retire due to structural renovation and replacement engine equipment. And because these older machines, and most issuers, this provides an optimal solution both in terms of air quality and fuel consumption.
Fenton said the Committee with a more common option with the renovation of agricultural machinery is a REpower – in effect replacing an old engine installed at a higher level to level with less emissions. Although this is a reasonable option that offers efficiency in general and the benefits of reducing emissions can vary the cost-effectiveness with age and use of equipment. In some cases, the cost of re-feeding represent more than 70% of a machine? S of the residual value. In such cases it may be cheaper to buy a new tractor with the latest emissions data and security features, especially if the incentive funds available, “said Fenton.
DERA
Federal Republic Enhancement Program Grant was a? largely untapped by rural communities?
â? The diesel exhaust Reduction Act (DERA) is a dedicated funding program of modernization, remained largely untapped is from agriculture, â? Fenton added that DERA is? Generously enough? in its funding, providing 100% financing for the renovation of air control, 75% and 25% in REpower for the purchase of new equipment. â? Why not enjoy a discount of 25 percent of sales? â? Fenton request.
â? The problem with DERA funding is that it is terribly overcrowded, a? Fenton added. She noted that EPA has more than 0 million applications received for the provision of dollars in aid program of national funds for FY09 and FY10. In addition, EPA estimates that remain more than a billion in the quality of the applications uncovered.
DERA
Program is successful if the laws of Congress be extended
Deraa? s is another challenge that the Programa? Authorization expires at the end of fiscal year 2011. However, the industry, environmental organizations and the public with U.S. Senators George Voinovich (R-OH) and Thomas Carper (D-DE) work in an effort to expand the program for another five years.
Until then, the agency has an invitation for the last dollar, at 1 November should be disclosed. The Diesel Technology Forum hosted a webinar with EPA on Tuesday, 5 to provide an overview and program advice and tips for developing a competing application in October. Anyone unable to attend the webinar can download a registered version of www.dieselforum.org.
Fenton said that in addition to DERA, farmers also receive funding for the costs of modernization by the Natural Resources Conservation Service A mixed? s Environmental Quality Incentive Program (Eqip). In the Farm Bill of 2008, a new air quality directive made under the initiative Eqip? S Conservation Grants Innovation Program, which offers 0.5 million U.S. dollars annually for a competitive grant program for projects in the counties of NOx and PM non-attainment.
