Question : Dell Studio laptop??? ?
heyyy everyone .. I’m preparing to buy a laptop for the spring semester, and I have never had a good track record with laptops! Ive had 3 in the past 6 years, to which all have died on me in the first 1-2 years. Most of the time I get the blue screen of death multiple times and then it just .. dies lol. So a friend of mine reccommend buying a computer through Dell. I want a decent Laptop thats going to last me awhile if im going to be spending a considerable amount of money on one. Im not Computer savvy at alll!!! lol Also Dell comes with Windows vista but I hear contradicting opinons on it, that it takes up alot of memory and what not.And im incredibly comfortable with windows XP but I know Vista is the newest program… So after picking out a laptop this is what i chose, if anyone can give me any advice it would be so appreciated!!

If you want a good laptop get a HP far better than Dell. I run Vista premium You will find it faster and has a lot more feetures than XP. I sent the Dell back ??

Question : How much would it cost to move a studio apartment about 30 miles?
I’m considering hiring movers to move enough stuff to fill a small studio apartment about 30 miles in Massachusetts, and am just curious about the price. Has anyone hired a mover for that amount of stuff? I’d do it myself but some of my pieces of furniture are too big for me to move – i.e. a bed, larger bookshelf, dresser, etc. But it’s not that much stuff altogether. Anyone have any guesses as to how much that would cost?
Oh and I’ve emailed a few companies for estimates but none of them have gotten back to me yet, so I just thought I’d ask here too!
The reason why I’m not just doing it myself is because some of the pieces of furniture are too big for me to move – I’m not a very big person and would be doing this by myself. Thanks!

Why not just rent a small U-Haul and do it yourself? Get a friend to help you load/unload your bigger items. I don’t know the rates where you live, but I am sure it’s much cheaper than hiring an actual moving company.

Cheapest way – Hire a van and do it yourself.
Next cheapest – find a company that does part loads, in the UK we have companies that will put several peoples moves together if none of them will fill a removals truck themselves.

hi, i am wanting to find out any kind of website or listing that deals with low-level business space. I am wanting to open a recording studio in Nashville TN, and i recently did some work in a photography studio in philadelphia that was located in an old chocolate factory. It had a great rundown but modern vibe to it, seemed pretty cheap and had no laws to the agreement other than that it could not be lived in. the dude was paying about 650 a month to have it, and it was at least a 50×40 foot room. i want somewhere like this such as an old factory, where i can make as much noise as possible and only have my basic needs (heat, water and electricity) covered. where can I go to find things like this? i do not want office space or industrial space, just some kind of room in a complex that I can rent on a monthly payment basis ad do what I want with (within reason obviously).

I’d start with commercial realtors in Nashville. It sounds like you want to rent or lease, but they might be able to point you in the right direction.
