Question : I pled gulity to leaving the scene of a property damage accedent in michigan. This is my 1st. Will i go toJail? My car had nothing wrong with it and the other cars bumper was dented a little. I have given my insurance information to the other driver and i know the penalty is 93 days jail and or 100$ fine in michigan. What are my odds for facing jail time for this? I also got 2 MIPs for achol. about 5 years ago michigan property insurance
