I am a case manager and my boss just called and asked me to find this out. I don’t have time to research this I am completely slammed with the other projects she has given me every day for the past month.
Yesterday i had to find out how to reapply for a reverse mortgage for a client and if we need to go through the darn counseling again. And Yes it is I who has to listen to this counselor not my client. geez.
Today i am working on funeral info because one of our wards died. i am too chicken to answer questions concerning the funeral…thinking that i will really screw that up. omg. OK folks all this guardianship stuff has officially way over my pay grade. I am very stressed today.
I have 70 Wards & POA clients, each one has an individual folder with 28 sub folders. I have 2200 docs in my computer that I monitor….ok. Please help with the above question.
