Question : Is soft spot on wall covered by the new home warranty for a 3-yr old home in California? Built by Robson Homes

The soft spot suddenly appeared there. If you look at the wall, it looks very normal as if there is no defect. But when you touch that spot (right above the GFCI plug by the sink), it is soft. california home warranty
