My family will relocate to the region in Bozeman, Montana, where we would buy a house. I would like recommendations for a realtor to work simply and easily.

Check Yelp.com, do a search on restaurants for that area and a bunch wil recommends will pop up. They have a lot of good places including bbq and mexican, all depends on your tastes.

For starters, look at Quicken’s Rental Property Manager. It’s a good starter for folks like you. I’ve looked for programs with similar capabilities, and they cost THOUSANDS. Try Quicken’s to see if it does what you need.

Which one and why? Is it better to stay in a house, condo or hotel and which one is the cheapest. I am going with three other girls and I may have to pay for it by myself. I am 15 so what has a better crowd for my age? Also, do you reccomend a different beach that is cheaper in Florida?

Myrtle Beach is cheaper, but take it from someone who’s been there plenty of times, DON’T GO. With the exception of a few areas, its really crowded and dirty. It’s filled with drunks and perverts. Not a good place for a girl’s trip. So I’d go to Hilton Head, I heard its really nice.

I am wanting to move to the North Georgia Mountains. I am really wanting to find a real estate agency that is familar with the Big Canoe Resort real estate market. I see lots of ads for “homes for sale north Georgia” but I want to use an agent that works hard for the buyer. Thanks for any help and referrals.

There are many top real estate agents in the north Georgia mountains. When I was looking for a lot to buy in Big Canoe; I used the Harry Norman Real Estate Company. Their office is in the Foothills Center in Marble Hill. They were very nice and helpful.

There are other fine agents as well in the area but this is the comapny is used when I was looking for lots for sale in North Georgia . I wish you the best luck finding your home. Pricing on homes are very low right now. It should be a great time to buy.

My family and I (wife, 3 kids- ages 7, 5, and 3) are planning our Summer vacation and we are looking for family resorts in the Midwest (we are in Chicago) where we can spend a week. We would like a place that offers plenty of kids activities and a lake with water sports. Nice to haves would be a American Plan, lake side cabin rentals, and motor boat rentals.

I am just trying to imagine what a house would look like, basically using my imagination, nothing too intense but at the same time specific, if that makes sense; I was thinking HGTV designing software since they’re known for the whole housing stuff and everything, any ideas?

Im not really sure what you mean, but one good thing is Google Sketchup, it is free (apart from the pro version which is $ 497) If you know how to use design software you will get on well with it. Im not saying you have to be a pro, you can be a novice, sorry I am rambling on to much. Good luck! Hi,
I would like to know if these home study courses are legal and give you a proper qualification. I currently have a work placement as a volunteer at a local primary school with the Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception Classes) and would like a qualification behind it like teaching assistant, Early Years qualification, childcare etc. Has anyone done a education type course as a home study. Who would you recommend?

I would recommend ICS. Thats the only one i heard of, you can read reviews on it. You can pretty much find an online college anywhere just by searching google. Mostly all have fees, but its not as much as attending. I think you need to do research on which one works for you, good luck.
