Question : since i presented the claim fo some repair under the builder warranty.what will happen if the warrenty expire? before the builder does the work. i have impression that the builder wants only time.after that he will say that the warranty is expiered. am i right? builders warranty

Answer by Bettie CarmackIf you present a claim BEFORE a warranty expires, the warrantor is obligated to act on the claim even after the warranty expired. To protect yourself, resend the claim certified mail.
