I dont want to lose 7% to a realtor when I am 100% confident that I can do the work my self. Should I use a giant sign in my yard, 2.5% direct, americas choice or a flat rate mls number? Our home is now going up for auction on Dec 28th. I don’t know how much time we have so we are now rushing around trying to find a home to rent.
