But my step daughter has to have her own room it was part of the custody agreement. It’s been for sale now for over a yr and we’ve had no offers and only 4 people look at it. We owe $ 74K and we have it up for sale for $ 74K. There was a bank owned condo in our complex that just sold for $ 37K. It was for sale for $ 49K for 6 month and only sold after being drop to $ 39K.
