Question : Can I get out of a lease if the leasing company never signed anything? In 2006 I started a business with some equipment on a commercial lease. Since then the business closed and I am stuck paying a lease I can no longer afford. I asked for a copy of the lease a few days ago and they faxed it to me. Going through it I noticed they never signed it. It is now 2008. Is there a way out for me or am I still stuck with this lease? commercial leasing companies

Question : Can you live in an apartment for the rest of your life and never own a home? I don’t think I will ever have the luxury of owning a home simply because I don’t make enough money. My question is, is there anybody who has been renting for a long time? Can you get through life somewhat happily in this type of living situation? I’m not one who is in need of a lot of luxuries, I’m a simple guy I’m able to save some money every month in hopes that when I get old and can’t work anymore I will have enough money to support myself throughout my retirement. luxury retirement living

Question : Can a Landlord evict me if I never took position of the property? I moved to Los Angles from Washington, DC. I looked on the internet for an apartment. I found one and was approved by the management company. I told the manager that I would like to see the property before I commit to a year lease. He said he would send me a lease agreement and if I signed it he would hold the property for 7 days, but after that he would have to release it.
