We are wondering if it is worth it to refinance to a 5.5% fixed 30 year mortgage. But rather than spending so much money to architect to draw until my dream house is designed, I thought if I could ‘draft’ one myself, and then let my architect to fine it up. Is there software you could recommend? But prefer a software that is not so difficult to pick up that I need to undergo a training course first LOL.
