I relocated to Oklahoma City to be closer to my daughter who had some physical challenges. Question : How can I find out payments before making an offer? My husband and I are looking into buying a home. We have already been qualified through our bank (then wachovia, now converted to wells fargo) Wachovia then, would tell us amounts of payments with insurance and taxes, closing costs and so on. Now I called tonight to find out how much payments on this house we are looking at will be with all included into it. Question : My job is making me move cuz the boss is too cheap to pay for movers what do I do? California law says overtime has to be strictly voluntary however, the boss (100 million rich) is too cheap to pay for movers and has 20 ladies between 33 and 65 and 1 guy (me) moving a business (lifting, boxing, etc) the boss is only providing the truck (it’s a trucking company). To top it off boss says everyone has to be here Sat. morning mandatory at 9am sharp and work thru Monday or until it’s done. Is that legal? Do I call the police or a lawyer after the fact? Question : Making a condo profitable? I have a fairly nice 2 bedroom condo in Hilton Head. The resort has tennis courts, multiple pools, a gym, and a private beach.

Right now I have a long-term renter in there (an awesome tenant) but I only gross 650/month. (He pays 725, rental management company gives me 650.)

I really need to gross $ 1000 month to make it break even (which would cover mortgage, property tax, regime fees.)

I currently owe the regime a lot of money $ 10,000+ due to 2 surprise assessments that I was told weren’t going to happen when I purchased the property 2 years ago. More >

Question : MAKING MOLDS FOR BODY PARTS, the usual resins are way too expensive for my one shot project to mold my feet. ? I thought of using melted paraffin wax, but what could I harden it with? Rubber paint? Sand mold?

I’m not looking for professional results, it’s to do with an anatomy assignment. Any suggestions other than paying through the nose for top notch body casting resins would be helpful. mold professional
