How can I find long term rentals in Tuscany?

So because of my husband’s career in the Air Force, we are moving to Livorno, Italy. I looked at the reference network for automated case for the military to find to rent, but they are not. I would look at some other sites for long term rentals, but I have a very difficult time finding one. Does anyone know of a website easy on the eyes, or when the time comes, I call a real estate agent there? Oh Lord, we hope they speak anglais.Réponse

Question : How long do people usually stay in the different stages of dancing classes?
I currently go to this dance studio which has dancing classes grouped like this for Latin:
Beginners 1 (8 weeks, 1 hour per week)
Beginners 2 (8 weeks, 1 hour per week)
Intermediate (8 weeks, 1 hour per week)
Advanced (5 months, 1 hour per week)
This is for non-repeated content. I have noticed many people go to two different levels at the same time, and some stay in one level for much longer than the “program”.
My question is, how long do people usually stay in the different stages before they move onto the next?
Snowflake: My goal is to be able to dance Paso Doble (which is only taught in the Advanced class) and also to be able to compete if somehow I can get a partner. I go to 1~2 hours of class per week, and practice roughly 1 hour per week. I know it’s not much, but I have a busy life with other things. In the dance studio I go to, they teach Samba, Rumba, Cha cha and Jive for Latin. I’m in the Intermediate class now and am learning things such as Spinning in and Out, Alabama, Check, Ronde and many other moves I don’t know the name of.

Check Yelp.com, do a search on restaurants for that area and a bunch wil recommends will pop up. They have a lot of good places including bbq and mexican, all depends on your tastes.

Over the years I’ve studied to install PHP Software, creat on page SEO and link building. However, it seems as if nobody is paying good $ $ $ . They are hiring people from India. So, I recently was hired to help run a 48 unit apartment complex. I’d like to go back to college and become certified for real estate and property management.
Mean while, I moved to Los Angels and have been living here for 3 months. I could use a long term job. Those $ 8.00-14 an hour jobs are not going to cut it in LA. While real estate seems to be down due to the economy issues. Also, SEO seems to be decreasing due to the fact people are hiring those from India for cheap $ $ $ .
This leads me to ask the question. What jobs out there would be best for me to apply for? I want a job that pays $ 15-50 an hour. If I need to go back to college, so be it. Please help.

Hello we recently applied for a rental home with a property manager (in V.A.). We have spoke to the owner who is very nice and she required no credit check and said that in her mind we were already “approved” she had to get a property manager b/c her and her family were moving to a different state. Just wondering how long it would take this property management co. to approve/deny our application. And what there normal procedures on the approval were. We paid a deposit of first months rent and app. fee of $ 40.

There is no standard.
With my company it just depends on how long people take to get back to me to verify all your information and check all your references.
Some have taken me about a week and a half because I couldn’t get a hold of their previous landlord. And some others I was able to approve the same day because I was able to get a hold of everyone right away.
and each company has their own operating procedures.

When I go to a country where I’ve never been before, I like to spend a lot of time at one place. But that makes it impossible to spend much time at other places.
Never take people very seriously when they tell you what to do and see. It’s your vacation, not theirs. It depends on what you like, not what they like.
I always try to maximize my flexibility, and not commit to going anywhere on any particular date. I like to get to know people. Visit them at home, etc. Then decide what to do next.

I am currently firing my property manager. I sent a certified letter and verbally notified him. He was not pleasant after hearing that the contract would be terminated. I am wondering how long he has legally to return my trust account belongings?

usually this list is compiled twice a month so a 15 day wait is not uncommon, depends on state, availability for Realtor to enter into the database.

Is the management company bad, or is the board of directors bad? Either can be changed quickly by the owners if they care about their condos.
