Question : should i lock in my variable rate 2nd mortgage now to a fixed rate, or wait for interest rates to fall more? I have been paying only interest on an ING Orange mortgage for months, on 56,000. loan, and i can convert it to a fixed rate 15 year loan anytime i choose. my payments would be about $ 450.00 mo if I do it now. any smart suggestions on waiting for lower interest rate in few months or doing it now? Question : price per square foot installation on snap lock laminate? how much in the atlanta area would i expect for labor only installation on a slab? i did a job and did a great quality and installed shoe mold and 6 t strip threshholds. i also removed all nasty carpet and tackstrip and hauled away. I gave this man a hell of a deal i thought with a price of 650.00 and now he is saying that is way to much. To make matters worse the work is done!
