And in your own grandmother or grandfather and the father or mother (which means , his descendant)? I see no reason, you should be cut off from the inheritance, if you consider this basic information.

Question : Oklahoma Lemon Law… Please Help :) ?
I just bought a car today. They told me everything was perfect with the car, except for some exterior damage, which didn’t bother me. I and two of my friends test drove it three different times and everything really did seem perfect. Literally after a short drive home the brakes seemed to be not working.
1.) It takes a very long time to stop
2.) There is an awful burning smell after driving on the highway.
3.) One of the doors stopped opening
4.) A belt or something starting squeaking

All of this not even 24 hrs after of purchasing the car. I bought it out right and have a huge regret. I looked up the Lemon Law and it states:

Oklahoma Lemon Laws cover “Any motor driven vehicle required to be registered, excluding vehicles above 10,000 pounds GVW and the living facilities of motor homes.”

Manufacturers are entitled to 4 repair attempts or 45 days out of service before it qualifies under Oklahoma Law as a Lemon.

Cars are covered under the Oklahoma Lemon Law for Warranty period or 1 year.

So even though it was bought as is and out right I am still protected. Right? It says “ANY MOTOR DRIVEN VEHICLE”

You bought a used car so no you cant claim its a lemon. You also bought it “as is” so the dealer doesn’t have to do anything for you.

Question : Does anyone know a lot about the Indiana lemon law.?
I have read about it and have a few questions, it says it included used vehicles when they are under the original manufactures warranty, am I right? And secondly what if you don’t purchase the car in Indiana but that is your home state? Thanks.
So does anyone know what criteria it has to meet? It has been serviced four times for the ABS light and the Stability control light, which by the way are safety features none the less. The car has less then 3,000 miles on it I really feel that ford should have to do something.

If a vehicle still has manufacturers warranty on it, it would still have protection under the “lemon law” if it meets the criteria. That would apply no matter what state. It is a three time attempt to fix the same problem unsucessfully. Contact Ford HQ. There should be some information in your owners manual on starting the process as well.
