Responsibilities:
• Drive property to assess owner compliance with governing documents and Board policy as they relate to architectural modifications and property maintenance
• Use approved computer software for recording violations and maintain tracking reports of same and provide reports to Community Association Managers for review as scheduled
• Prepare and mail out postcards and letters for violations
• Use applicable enforcement policy in determining and taking appropriate follow-up enforcement steps for non-compliance
• Maintain good rapport with property owners, responding promptly to their questions and requests concerning covenant enforcement
• Assist in developing plans for continually educating members regarding the Association’s enforcement of Deed Restrictions and Owners Responsibilities with respect to the governing documents
