I was not sure whether the connection fee + broker + 1 Month’s rent, or if more than one month’s rent paid in advance, or any other frais.Aussi approximately how many are, broker fee was for credit checks, etc … I see a furnished 2-bed apartment in Leeds city center, about £ 550 hours. Question : Which Disney Vacation Club resort is best to buy into?
If I didn’t care about the expiration (34 yrs or 46, or 49) which resort (Old Key West, Boardwalk, Beach Club, Wilderness Lodge, Hilton Head, Saratoga Springs) is best to buy resale? What are the pros and cons of each?

(No to Vero Beach due to high Maintenence fees and no to Animal Kingdom since I want to buy cheaper in resale)

For me…Villas at Wilderness Lodge, hands down. It’s the best place to stay for the widest range of people. Nix on Saratoga and OKW–just too far away. If you are sure no kids will ever come, then Beach Club and Boardwalk are well-located for adults…both equally convenient, I have a soft spot for Boardwalk. AKL and the new DVC being built at the Contemporary are too new for me to have an opinion on…and I know nothing about Vero beach…

I am wondering about crime rates, water clarity,beaches, poverty and standard of living. How expensive are things? How difficult / expensive is it to get supplies from the mainland Given a choice between Ambergris Cay, Placencia and a new development across the bay from Chetumal Mexico whats your opinion. I want a rental income property for now but something that I could perhaps retire to in 20 years. I love the caribbean and wish I could afford something in the Virgin Islands but thats not happening so I figured I would try something on the other side or the Caribbean Sea. Any suggestions, opinions or info would help.

Question : What to do when a parent needs to go into Nursing Home?
I need anyone’s help who has dealt with similar situation. My mother has been diagnosed with 5th stage dementia. However she refused to go back t the doctors that made this diagnosis. It was a senior care specialist that diagnosed her.

She has been going to her family doctor but he is almost worthless. He’s just been treating her for high blood pressure and does not know how to treat the dementia.

Since she will not take any medications for the Dementia (she was given Seroquel (sp?) but would not take it. We tried mixing it with her foods in a liquid form and she still wouldn’t take it.

Now, she’s gotten 100 times worst. Hallucinating, thinking people are out to get her and now thinking someone is attacking her body. I’m at a lost as what to do. She needs to go into a Nursing Home, but I don’t know how to go about admitting her without a Doctors’s Note. Any suggestions anyone has will be appreciated. Serious answers only. She’ll be 80 on her birthday, June 1st.

Find a social services person in the community in which your mother lives. They can walk you through the whole thing, answer all your questions and would know the people in your mother’s community that would need to be contacted. They can also assess what can and can’t be done by talking directly to a family member. Good Luck. I found them to be very helpful.

I have been teaching CPR and Firstaid for approx. 20 years. I teach adult and child CPR/AED. Infant CPR, Firstaid, Bloodborne Pathogens, and fire extinguisher classes.

Right of First Refusal just means once you have a buyer in place the resort will have the right to purchase it at the agreed sale price. If the resort refuses to buy the property then your buyer can proceed with the purchase. Finding a buyer is the biggest challenge when selling a Wesgate timeshare. Their properties depreciate at least 50% and there is a lot of inventory. I will provide a few sites that can help you sell this timeshare
