I’m trying to find information from other students or people living in Florence as to finding a great apartment rental in Florence for 3 students visiting from the US for a period of 3 months. The address of the school is ‘Lorenzo de Medici, Via del Giglio 15, 50123. They do not want the school housing and are looking for
a nice place with a good location. Price of course, matters, as they are students. Please help, any information is greatly appreciated. They are fashion design students and are embarking on a chance of a lifetime. We just
need direction as to finding good clean housing in a safe area, with plenty of amenities nearby, like
Groceries, restaurants, etc.. Any advice, especially from those persons in Florence or those who have lived there before is greatly appreciated.

Question : DVC Disney Vacation Club sale and resale info?
My wife and I are looking to buy into the DVC or Disney Vacation Club.
We have looked at the numbers and they look good.

Just some more info. We are about to pick our home resort at Animal Kingdom. Points are at $ 112 per point and we will then get a $ 15 a point discount. If we buy by this Sunday, we will then get our total points again, so we will double our points in one day. We were going to make our home resort at California for same deal but we wanted Animal Kingdom so us and our kids can see the animals walking outside our windows. So we are happy about this.
Does anyone know or have stayed at Animal Kingdom and know what floor is the best to see the animals?
Do you have anything to say about any of the other resorts?
I stayed at Old Key West many years ago as a hotel with my wife when she was my G/F (shhhhh don’t tell) and it was wonderful. We just truly want the animals for our kids.

Check out the DVC section at www.disboards.com. The people there are real experts. I haven’t purchased yet, but I almost feel like an expert on DVC now for hanging out there so much. I also know that resales are popular, it seems like a lot of people purchase theirs through www.dvc-resales.com a.k.a The Timeshare Store. You get all of the same perks as buying directly from Disney, except these are older contracts, meaning resorts that you usually can’t buy into Direct from Disney, since Disney tends to only be selling their newest resorts. Resales are much cheaper, they average maybe $ 80/point- depending where you go, and you can purchase smaller contracts and add on later as you may need, or can afford. There are some cons with resales, such as some of the older contracts being sold aren’t for the newest extended timeframe, they expire a bit earlier- but not all and your salesperson should know all about that. You also pay a yearly fee based on your points, so older resorts may have higher fees, which can add up if you have a ton of points. Know that each contract has a banking month, which means if you can’t use your points for the year then you have to bank by that month. I haven’t quite figured out how the banking month works, but I know they say it’s important.

You need to contact an independent agent agent in your area. This is not the type of insurance that is going to be quoted using an online quote calculator. An independent agent represents more than a single company and will be able to provide competitive insurance quotes,
I used to provide link to a site that would locate independent agents in your area but Yahoo Answers seemed to think it was a violation of community guidelines to do that so you will have to check your local yellow pages to find an independent agent in your area. Or perhaps you could Google IIABA

The only tip I can give you that my sister told me about, (she’s a real estate agent), is that you never put anything in the house that has a scent like real flowers, candles that are lit, or any plug in air fresheners. The reason is that people think you are trying to cover up the smell of a problem like backed up plumbing or mold and mildew. Oh! And she said how the house looks from the road is very important because that sets the tone for the whole inspection.

Trying to obtain info on required licenses you must obtain to start small remodeling business of mobile homes in Pasco, County, FL. To repair or remodel floors, drywall, textured painting etc….Any information that would lead me in the right direction would be great. Having no luck on any local or government websites.

you don’t need a license to paint or tear out someone’s bathroom floor. just work for cash.
once you’re rolling, taking bigger jobs and maybe have a helper, then you worry about the paper.
here to get a business license you need to go to the state.
