Question : Wife not on house title. Warranty deed lists husband only.? We live in Texas. Our Warranty Deed for our house lists “John Doe, A married person” as the grantee. We want to add my wife to it. Do we need to do another Warranty Deed or will a Quitclaim deed be good enough? I want to change if from just me, to both me and my wife. Just a bit more info.
