In the UK, we have BUNAC which lets brits travel and work abroad in various schemes.
Google them for the link to the partner in your own country. Alternatively, you could approach a large chain with in your own country and see if they have any opportunities for jobs abroad. You might need to work for them at home for a bit, but if you don’t ask you don’t get.
