Question : How costly is it 2have hardwood floors redone? Also, will homeowners insurance pay 2 fix foundation problem? I want to have someone come in & sand and refinish my harwood floors. Ive been told to just rent a sander myself, but a friend i know did that & ended up with “humps” in her flooring, and eventually just covered it up with carpet. So I def. want to leave it up to the professionals. I live in Northern Alabama, my house is 2,200 square feet aproximately.
