Question : Can somebody give me a clue on my mortgage payments? I bought my first home about 8 months ago. I had no down payment and ended up getting two separate loans.
The first was $ 114,000 @ 6.75% 30 year fixed.
The second was for $ 38,000 @ 9.436% 15 year balloon.
