Peter Schiff sees socialization of United States bubble economy will sink the Federal Reserve Note. US mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are facing growing pressure as fears intensify about a potential calamity at the firms, which underpin trillions of dollars in home loans. Together they own or guarantee some US.2 trillion in loans, or about 40 per cent of the total value of home loans in the United States. Peter Schiff at Euro Pacific Capital said the two giants were likely to need government bailouts in view of the “dubious quality of their mortgage portfolios”. “Together both firms have less than US billion in capital reserves to ensure losses on more than US trillion in mortgage debt … Clearly, Fannie and Freddie would have no ability to survive without a government bailout. This means that taxpayers will be on the hook for hundreds of billions of losses, perhaps even more than one trillion.”

Home Warranty Equals Peace of Mind

seller home warranty

Sellers often offer a Home Warranty to the buyer when selling their home. Buyers often don’t realize how beneficial this is to them when purchasing a house. The buyer will be covered, usually for a year, on things such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. This means that is soemthing goes wrong the warranty company pays for it to be repaired and if it can’t be repaired the will replace it! It is great added peace of mind when purchasing a home.

Calculating Living Cost Equals Cash Savings

“Why use charts to calculate living expenses?”

When you are looking at estimates of costs, the cost of living charts can actually benefit you. It takes several steps in figuring it out, in planning.

1.     Come up with your estimate cost of living using a calculator.

2.     Take a trip to your new location to see if those estimates match

3.      Log additional expenses that you discovered along the way.

By using the chart method steps, you will have estimated your living costs.

My job asked me to relocate. I thought it would be a piece of cake. I knew I had the option to stay where I was, but I was giving an incentive bonus to make more money, compared to the living cost, if I would help open a new overseas office. I didn’t have the faintest clue, how complicated it would be to calculate living costs. There really is a lot more to it than what meets the eye.

The taboo,  you can’t really determine the cost of living until you get there. Your estimates may be pretty good, but they are only that, estimates. For example it‘s easy to find, what food costs, housing, doctor’s fee and so forth. Don’t forget the other intangibles that are difficult to calculate. It would be those items that you use habitually, that are not available there, may have to be imported at considerable expense. If public transportation is better or worse in traveling than at your point of origin, this change will affect your overall cost too.

In fact a lot of the time the cost of relocation involves more than living costs. It is not practical to take all your stuff with you, particularly if you are moving overseas. Fortunately today, most companies out there will help you to defray moving costs, if they are planning to relocate you. The only other thing you have to think about is economic stability. If you are living somewhere where the climate suddenly turns sour, you can lose all your savings! Be careful and keep tabs on the local currency.

I was glad that I took advantage using the charts to calculate my living cost that were offered at the Cost of Living Chart- Bali. It saved me the headache with shelling out extra cash and wasted time, in moving to paradise

0

In the old days, a drink high in caffeine and sugar was enough for an athlete or regular office worker to stay awake or alert. These drinks, usually a cola drink or coffee, came with unwanted side effects like the jitters or increased trips to the toilet. Some even resorted to caffeine pills.

Along came a new breed of drinks comprising of caffeine and Tyrosine or Taurine which were classified as “mental alertness” or “neurotransmitter” drinks.

Why are they called neurotransmitter drinks? Tyrosine blocks the release of Tryptophan in your brain, which is the amino acid that gives you the sleepy or sedative feeling during a near-maximal effort, usually after 20 seconds of exertion.
