Question : Either or question…?
Ok my husband is military and we got stationed in germany. I have just finished all my pre-reqs for a degree in physical therapy when we got the news we were being moved. The college available here doesn’t have ANY medical programs. the best they have to offer are Psychology or medical administration (computer work dealing with files and paperwork in the medical field). I’m going to spend four years on either of these and i DON’T want to waste my money, and I’m so tired of sales and business. Which do you think would be the best? I would really like to make more than $ 7 an hr when i get home :)

I would go for Psychology. I am a medical secretary and I guess you earn more than the average secretary but a Psychologist earns way more than me. I’m in the UK though.

Which of these chicago suburbs would be a better place to buy a house? Where would I get a more ROI? How can I find out the average day on the market that homes are up for sale for in these locations? Any insight is appreciated.

Others may disagree but both suburbs are very close in price and in stature. Of course Arlington has the race track nearby.

Question : whats your opinion on either remodeling our trailer or selling it and building a new home?
I want to sell the trailor and just build a new home. I hate to put alot of money into a trailor. If we build a home and decide to sell later we would be able to actually make money but wont with the trailor..Am I right in my thinking. or is my husband right who wants to just remodel the trailor, which won’t cost as much as building a new home. We have the cash to remodel but will have to get a loan to build. Any suggestions or Idea’s??
We are in our 40′s and just got married over a year ago. All our kids are grown. yes we have the money to make payments. My hubby is in the military and deployed right now but will be home soon and his jobs is waiting which he has been employed at for over 20 years and I also have an income plus I’m fixin to get a settlement of over 40k. The amount to fix the trailor will be in the thousands…

Question : Where can I find cheap condo rentals in either Alabama or Georgia on the coast?
I’ve heard a lot of people say that they find cheap condos on the beach to rent for family vacations. I’ve searched everywhere I can think of online and I just keep coming up with places that want thousands of dollars for a week. Totally not in my budget but we would like to vacation either in Gulf Shores, AL or somewhere on the Georgia coast, we’ve heard Tybee Island is really nice. Any suggestions?

If you are willing to go on a timeshare tour, you can go almost anywhere in the world and stay for about $ 100 or less. They will put in a resort and try and sell you a timeshare but if you financially qualify it’s the cheapest way to go anywhere for sure.
