Question : I bought an Ipod Touch on ebay and apparently there is still a warranty? How do I go about this?
Even if I don’t have a receipt will the warranty still be good? I already registered it under my name online and no problems there….The reason why I want to return it is because the home button doesn’t work half of the time plus it always exits out of my apps….any advice?

There’s no harm in trying. Normally, though; when you buy something from a third party that would void the warranty. If though you ma y have registered it under your name, the previous person probably has done so as well. So unless they take notice of that you may be able to get away with it. I’d give it a try, not exactly sure of the outcome though.

Also, Apple doesn’t require you to have a proof of purchase to claim the warranty
