Diesel Truck Driver Training School from October 11th October with the launch of two two weeks Basic Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) program and the week of 4 CDL classes full.
The core program provides instruction and behind the wheel training in areas such as pre-trip inspection, coupling and uncoupling maneuvers, vehicles and others. CDL class contains all completely in the basic program as well as road safety, covered the importance of logbooks and transport of hazardous materials. Classes run full time, Monday to Friday from 6.00 bis 16.30 clock.
Diesel Truck Driver Training School offers programs for weekends for students who already work full time during the week. These weekend courses lasting 5 and weekends are offered regularly throughout the year.
Classes students are preparing for the written test for Class-A CDL learners take. At the end of the course, participants will receive all permits and licenses they need to qualify notes for a class A commercial drivers. You also have the opportunity to test and to have qualified for entry-level positions in the trucking industry. Both the CDL license and DOT physical examination requirements are met in the class.

The team travel to KMC 20 to 25 November in support of a mission sponsored USO, which will also include a visit to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center to meet with wounded U.S. soldiers.

No- that’s why it’s called U-Haul… U load it, u drive it. If you want one that comes with a driver, chances are, you’ll wind up hiring a moving company, who will provide the labor as well as the transportation.

Question : Can HOA ask for Driver License copies in Texas?
Our HOA got a new treasurer that moved from Chicago a couple of years ago. Before her, our HOA previous president was said to have stolen over 13000 from HOA. Well this treasurer is enforcing parking since it has become an issue. She is asking all home owners for sensitive information such as Driver’s license info and copies of registration and inspection and insurance. My concern is that my brother’s identity was stolen a couple of years ago and we guard our personal information. We do not know anything about her and I have no problem showing her my DL, just not the copies. Are they supposed to store it in a locked place? What if a person breaks into her home and steals it? What can we do to make her stop harrassing the tenants?

I don’t think this sounds legit, there is no law that says you have to give this info. Also, I wouldn’t think that your HOA covenants state that you have to submit this info. I wouldn’t give the info and see what happens.

Someone who was exluded from my car insurance drove my car yesterday and had an accident that was at his fault. He had only liability insurance with bodily damage, property damage and underinsured motorist protection. My insurance is not going to cover anything since he is an excluded driver. We live in TX, USA. Can my new wrecked car be considered as a property damage involved in that accident? The other vehicle and driver are OK, only small dent on the rear bumper, but my new car was totally destroyed, not driveable, my insurance refused even go to look and inspect.
Schould I seek any legal help if his liability insurance refuses to pay? Is it possible to get any legal help in this situation? What to do and where to go? What to do with the car? It is still on the nearest to the accident parking lot. The property damage limit on his insurance is 25,000. I just bought my car few months ago for 20,000. Thank you for your time, I appreciate your help.

Unfortunatly your insurance company doesnt have to even bat an eye at your claim and there is nothing you can do about it. Your policy stated that this person will not be driving your vehicle as you advised them. No legal action can be taken. m Sorry… you are SOL in that area.
The drivers liab policy doesnt cover your car either. Liab ins covers the other car when the driver is at fault. As in this case. Again.. no legal action can be taken by you to the drivers ins company.
Unless you want too try to get the money from the driver of your car directly and if he/she refuses to pay you may take them to court.
Unforatunatly there isnt any way for an ins company to take car of your car. Your best bet at this point is to fix it out of your (or the drivers) pocket. Or sell it to a auction yard. You will get only what is worth for parts… so it wontr be much. And if you are making payments on it you will continue to owe the rest.
Maybe the person whos fault the accident is can take over the payments?? Just a thought. And likely the only way you will get any compensation.

EDIT : 2nd post doesnt have a clue. NO atty would take this case and Personal Injury Lawyers are just that. Unless you plan on sueing the person who drove your car, dont waste your time.
