They path of becoming a physician assitant, then a doctor?
0Question : They path of becoming a physician assitant, then a doctor?
I know that this will cost me to stay more in school, but should become a physician assitant first, then go to Med school, or go to a college for Pre-med, then med-school. I’m worried about the admission costs student loan buildup I would have to pay off. Which way would be less detrimental to my parents pockets and my future debt.
any one have any suggestions?

Actually, the best situation that you could be in would be to go to college for pre-med and then med-school. I know what it is like to want to go to school without placing the burden on your parents. My parents did not pay for any of my schooling. Here is how you can fund school with minimal help from your parents. It begins with submitting a FAFSA. That will get you some money in the form of grants for college. Then, after FAFSA, talking to your school guidance counselor about scholarships. This is one of your guidance counselors expertise and they would be willing to help you find scholarships. Usually high schools have a scholarship awards ceremony for seniors at the end of the school year. You counselor will give you a heads up on which ones you qualify for. With the remaining balance of what you will need for college, apply for the Federal Perkins Loan Unsubsidized and the Federal Stafford Loan Unsubsidized. Those loans “you” will have make payments to pay off the loan beginning six months after you are done with school. If all works out well, like it did for me, your parents will not have to pay anything for you to go to school. And if they do, it will not be the entire cost of your schooling. I hope I helped.
Where can I find a doctor and hospital in the San Antonio area that will treat someone with no insurance?

MY SISTER CAN MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS BUT SHE DOES NOT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY TO PUT DOWN. SHE HAS ABOUT THREE WEEKS TO HAVE A BULGING?, PROTRUDING?, HERNIATED? DISC OPERATED ON OR SHE WILL HAVE PERMANANT NERVE DAMAGE OR BE CRIPPLED/PARALIZED. PLEASE HELP…I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO TURN…IT WOULD KILL US BOTH IF SHE WERE TO LOSE HER INDEPENDANCE….
ONE THING I FORGOT TO SAY IS THAT SHE WAS A WIFE AND MOTHER FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND BECAUSE SHE DIDN’T WORK OUTSIDE THE HOME SHE CAN’T EVEN GET DISABILITY…WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IF SHE IS DISABLED BECAUSE OF THIS? I DON’T HAVE THE MONEY TO CARE FOR HER. IF YOU CAN NOT HELP PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO SOMEONE WHO MIGHT.
SINCERELY,

Hospitals are only required to treat the uninsured for life threatening emergencies. She should see what medicaid can do for her, if she qualifies. Can she get a job with insurance? They usually aren’t too picky about pre-existing conditions on a group policy.

A Bad Credit Mortgage May Be Just What The Doctor Ordered
0A bad credit mortgage gives borrowers with a poor credit history the opportunity to not only buy a home or refinance their current mortgage but the best opportunity to raise their credit rating over time. In most instances, whenever you apply for any type of financial product like a mortgage, the lending institution will pull your credit report.
In a nutshell, your credit rating is a compilation of your history of how timely you’ve paid your bills. Anytime money may be lent it’s used because it’s the best way for a lender to determine the risk involved for a particular borrower.
Tip – The online lending industry is very competitive. You will find many lenders who specialize in bad credit mortgage services.
Making the decision to issue or approve a bad credit mortgage is primarily determined using the credit score of the borrower(s). Credit scores can range from 400 to 800 with anything lower than a 620 poor and anything over a 720 very good. On the other hand, even if you have a credit score as low as 580 there are many lenders with mortgage programs that will finance up to 100% of the loan amount. Of course, the lower your credit score the higher interest rate you will pay and in most instances you will only be offered an ARM (Adjustable Rate Mortgage) that has a 2 or 3 year fixed interest rate and then it goes up.
Tip – Most states have lending laws that state a lender can only charge interest rates a certain percentage above the retail or normal market interest rate for borrowers with bad credit. Normally this rate is 5% – 8% higher but even that in many instances is extreme.
A myth about credit reports is that each time your credit report is pulled it negatively affects your credit score. This is true only if you apply for credit products like credit cards and only if you apply for a large number of them in a short period of time. However, this does not apply in the case of mortgage lenders, unless you applied for a mortgage from a very large number (i. e. like 15 or 20) of lenders within 30 or 45 days. Only then would it be slightly affect but in general when a lender pulls your credit report it will not be negatively affected.
