As the Express six dimensions of gratitude

So much has been said about gratitude lately that I almost didnâ? T write this article. Then I stopped and listened to my inner dialogue. Â Did I really hear an inner voice saying that my readers may be “tired” of the message? Â As I let go this voice, it was clear that the energy of gratitude will be clearly expressed.

One of the greatest gifts of gratitude is the receptivity and openness that it creates in our hearts. Have you ever noticed a greater degree of distance, if you have found and made intimate contact with this quality? Â Â Gratitude changes us. Â Â From the perspective Enneagram is an expression of gratitude to the nature of Type Seven, the enthusiast, and this energy in us. Â

Have you noticed where you are and what you do when you do gratitude? Â I find that it requires an internal awareness and stillness. A Truly, it can only be experienced in the present. Â On a very human level, challenges, any temptation to self-pity, victimization, self-grandiosity, or another form of narcissism, and elevates us to the higher nature. Ultimately, an act of gratitude is a conscious partner in the game of the universe. It grows our perspective, what it means to be alive. Intentional Gratitude is very simple, transformative. It is a â?? Continuumâ? of gratitude, consisting of six dimensions. Â Each identified below, together with a specific example or practice. Â Â

1) Â Â Â Â Â recognition of specific aspects of your life for which you are grateful.

Identify some of the specific aspects of life for which you are grateful.

For example, set aside two to three times per week reflect and write about what you are grateful, and why you are thankful for this special experience. Â Do you feel the gratitude, so that you can not just think about it, but also to see how it touches your heart.

2) Â Â Â Â Â Identify a â?? This momentum? Consciousness for which you are grateful about themselves, about others, about your options or your life.

For example, if you could in a certain situation at work, at home, with a friend or family member, ask yourself, as follows:

What I am particularly grateful for this situation?

3) Â Â Â Â Â Express gratitude to others.

Identify 10 people (if they have problems with this start with the identification of one or two persons) who have had a positive impact on your life.

How could you express your appreciation to these important people?

For example, you could write a personal letter thanking each person for his or her specific influence on you and send it by mail. Â Can you imagine that the impact would have on them?

4) Â Â Â Â Â Find the gifts under difficult circumstances or difficult relationships and experience gratitude for the gifts.

For example, to see a person as the source of trouble as a perceived? Teacherâ? of something that you learn. Â wonder, â?? What is this person here to teach me? Â?? is a powerful question. Â Many of my clients have found this to be a potent source of change in their lives.

5) Â Â Receive gratitude from others.

Practice gratitude and thanks received from others.

Sometimes this can feel more difficult than an expression of your gratitude. Â Even if this is so recognize it and experiment with the adoption of positive knowledge and appreciation of others. A (I know. Â For some of you, this breaks all the old rules.)

6) Â Â Â Â Â Be a person of gratitude.

If you express the recognition of the gifts of life, practice and receive praise and gratitude of others, you can see that youâ? Ll experience a qualitative difference in your life. Â beginning this quality living. Â a force for this healing quality.
