There is a company which delivers a small storage container to your home, you fill the container with your stuff at your leisure then when you are ready to move to your new place they move it for you or if you are not ready to move it then they take it to a storage facility. Answer by costaricensewe moved to Costa Rica and what we did was calling the cargo dept at the airport and they charged 1 dollar per pound and we had our cargo with in 5 days of our arrival it was great ….good luck and enjoy your move .

Answer by hummingbirdfrom experience! make sure you find a reputable company and make sure you read all of the fine print. my stuff was 2 months late arriving because they add other peoples stuff in the same trailer as yours. I really do NOT suggest it.
