How … to what degree (if any) … should restaurant etiquette be enforced as it relates to children?

Question : How … to what degree (if any) … should restaurant etiquette be enforced as it relates to children?
If you’re in a fast food restaurant w/ a playground attached, of course there will be kids running around. But, when the eating facility graduates in class the parents may be positioned to employ greater discipline.
If kids are being disruptive, when does the responsibility shift f/ the parents to restaurant management?

Unfortunately, placing that responsibility on the management of anything but a very haute restaurant is a dicey proposition.

IMO, it is 100% the duty of parents to make sure that their children behave properly at table.
We began teaching my grandkids how to be polite when they were toddlers.

When restaurant staff addresses a parent on their child’s behavior, the usual result is abuse of the staff member and loss of business.
And the eatery’s staff should never be placed in that position by an irresponsible parent.

Juts as it is a parent’s place to make sure their kids are exposed to appropriate media (not TV network’s or film makers’), it is parents responsibility to see to it that their children can behave reasonably in public.

So many children wrote a letter to so-called Santa Claus to differentdesignated addresses across the globe.?

2

Question : So many children wrote a letter to so-called Santa Claus to differentdesignated addresses across the globe.?
Now, there is a paid-service that let parents of children to
‘personalized’ a letter and send the personalized letter to their
children on the ‘behalf’ of the Santa Claus. But, of course, the
children does not know that the parents is behind the act. The
children would believe that the letter is from the Santa Claus.

Now, this is just like when parents left cookies and milk on Christmas
eve and remove it next morning to stage that the Santa Claus came to
their house. Or these days parents could even buy a kit full of
Santa’s personal stuff like Santa Claus Driving License ID. Parents
could buy these kits and left ‘traces’ that Santa came to the house.
Of course, when children found these traces, they really believe Santa
Claus was here!

Now the question is: Is this moral (or is it ethical?) from a business
point of view?
Should business engage in these business – providing service and good
that let parent stage that Santa Claus is real? What’s your personal opinion?

It is not ethical to profit from the urban legend of Santa Claus. However, I must say, the letters I got from this service (yes I wrote to Santa when I was young) kept me believing until I was nearly 10 years old, and that, in all honesty, made me a better person. Why would you do something bad if Santa’s watching….?

Secondly, children are inexperienced consumers and considered easy prey for experienced customer advocacy. Third, advertising influences children’s demand for everything from toys, to nibble food.4

role of advertising

advertising plays an important role in the economy of a country. It helps sell ideas, goods and services. Advertising both reflects and affects our lifestyle, and thus plays an important social role. Advertising has to be so close to our lives, so it multi-dimensional communication needs of society. Businesses, unions, government agencies and politicians have used advertising to inform and convince people about its purpose.

When and how they watch TV? Why did they obese and inactive? 6

In fact, the researchers examined the response of all these questions because these questions is primarily related to the study.

health experts are watching too much television to obesity – a health problem today. In television, children are very active in buying these products. They are also with advertising, to buy and eat unhealthy foods like chips bombed encourage, burgers, cakes etc and empty calories from soft drinks, which are often preferred snacks. Indirect advertising to let too much influence on the health of children. Even if children receive four hours of high quality educational programs on television in one day, they do not exercise, reading, socializing, or spending time outdoors means. But some studies have shown that reducing the amount of TV consumption by children has less weight gain and increased out lower body mass index, and make them inactive is not the best for their care7

Body Mass Index (BMI )

mass index (BMI) is used to estimate the weight of human health on average. A BMI of 20-24 is desirable for most adults. A person with a BMI 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight and a person with a BMI of 30 or higher is considered obese. Obesity is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes and other deadly diseases.

mass index (BMI) is often used to determine the desired body weight. BMI is a measure of an adult? S, based on height and weight as a metric is divided by height squared (kg/m2) calculated.

Body Mass Index is only a rough estimation of desirable weight, but the doctors recognize that many factors other than the altitude effect on weight. Weight can not solely as an indicator of fat, as in the case of a bodybuilder, a high BMI may have because of a high proportion of muscle, which weighs more than fat. Likewise, a person to be a sedentary lifestyle is a desirable weight range, but have excess fat. However, as the BMI is greater than the risk of developing a serious illness.

BMI chart for girls

mass index (BMI) percentiles for girls 2:00 to 20:00 years, so you can follow your child’s growth curve and see if they underweight, overweight, or simply are.

What is Fat?

fats, or lipids, are nutrients in food, children’s pool? Body uses to build nerve tissue (like brain) and hormones. The body also uses fat as fuel. When fats, the children have eaten are not burned as energy or as building blocks, they are stored by the body in fat cells. It is a way of thinking about the body until after. By saving fat for future use, setting up times of food scarcity is planning just be

Fat gives flavor and texture of food could be, but it is also rich in calories, and excess amounts of fatty foods as surpluses of food business may cause health risks for many. For children and young people, desserts and snacks such as potato chips, chocolate, cakes, donuts, pastries and cookies are an important source of fat. Even the children of full-fat milk and meat are high in fat, such as meat fried and spicy. Of course, fast food and takeaways have more fat than home cooking and in restaurants tend to be deep-fried dishes of the highest in fat. Fat also often “hidden” in foods in cream, cheese, butter or sauces or dressings.

Although fat is an important part of a healthy diet, when the children eat the right kinds of fats, particularly from certain species of fish in the recommended amounts. Like carbohydrates in recent years, fat has wrongly accused of a? Bada ????. While some certainly better than others, some types of fat good for small children and an important part of a healthy diet.

Obesity increases the risk of developing the disease. According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, nearly 70 percent of cases of heart disease in the United States, linked excess body fat and obese people more than twice as likely to develop hypertension. The risk of medical complications, especially heart disease, increases when body fat is distributed around the waist, especially in the abdomen. This type of distribution of upper body fat is more common in men than in women.8

A calorie is a unit for measuring the energy content of food and energy for usable to the body to maintain normal functions. If the calories from the food calories the body expends energy equal weight remains constant. But if a person consumes more calories than the body needs, the body stores these extra calories as fat, so that subsequent weight gain.

Obesity, a condition characterized by storage of excess body fat. The human body stores of course under the skin and fat around organs and joints. Fat is important for good health because they are a source of energy if the body does not have the energy to support the process of life, and it provides insulation and protection of internal organs. But the accumulation of too much body fat is associated with a variety of health problems. Studies show that people who are overweight or obese at greater risk, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, arthritis and certain forms of cancer.9

The causes of obesity are complex and just to name a few factors. Basically, obesity occurs when a person burns more calories than your body eats. Children have a probability of 80 percent obese overweight than their parents. Obesity in childhood and adolescence may be linked:

i) Poor eating habits
ii) over-eating habits
iii) the unnecessary use of cold drinks
iv) Non Food -Food and Nutrition />

The proportion of overweight children at an alarming rate. Overall, children spent less time exercising and more time with television and computers. And families now employs less free time to cook nutritious meals at home, prepare every day. From fast food to electronics, quick and easy seems to be the mentality of many people, young and old, are in the new millennium.

modern lifestyle has frozen the size of the family in the Pakistani society. The nuclear family is the place of the joint family. Lifestyle trends in the urban areas of Pakistan (rising incomes, more working, more working mothers and parents time-poor/cash-rich) tend to support their families, the guide children watching TV and eating more food unnecessary. In addition, the advertising industry makes junk food seem irresistible.

children, much of the Clock TV have trouble concentrating in school because they are accustomed, with all answers and instead invited to examine these questions. When children watch TV less, develops their imagination.

Unfortunately children are not adequate advice on what to do about it given. The media are not playing its role in the promotion of children? The rights and the difficulties they face in society. The authorities of Pakistan Television ignored on this side, and they can design programs based children? S requirements.

IMPACT children? S HEALTH

James suggests that â? Obesity in children comes from foods high in fat and low in fiber are. If the children eat, insulin not only increases the effects of dopamine pleasure chemicals (what the child wants to eat the same food), but also reduces the effects of the hormone leptons, these do what a child to eat, and less active? ?. 10

The TV also has negative effects, it creates problems for the eyes. It stops children from going out and playing with friends. This makes advertising buy things, even if they do not need. It can be tired and not concentrate on teaching.

LEAVE bad habits

Gerbner said that experts from many media in western countries, which continue to be deeply concerned about the commercial context of television. They argue that TV advertising is in effect on society, especially on the health of children and TV advertising is not on the air without reason.11

The impact of television on children has received much attention. Research suggests that children see television advertising as another form of programming and react blindly to his messages, which makes them particularly susceptible to advertising. He is also concerned about how children react advertising. Research shows that many children are wrongly influenced by this standard of health, are more satisfied with their bodies and eating disorders can in the pursuit of a slim figure to be developed. Advertise on daily life and eating habits, etc. Children and young people are influenced, consciously or unconsciously, by television commercials in Pakistan.

How young?

I took my kids (both girls) to Hawaii (the island) and Maui when they were 10 and 12. Knock me over with a stick, but they loved Hawaii. We stayed at Waikoloa Beach Resort, where they got to swim with dolphins, nice beach, water toys to play with. What really floored me was how fascinated they were with the volcano when we took a whole day to drive there, see it and drive back. The pictures on my desk are from that trip.

The big island isn’t as lush as the other islands. There are old lava flows most everywhere, so it’s very desert like. Waikoloa is carved out of an old lava flow.

100 years for man who poisoned his kids in extortion scheme
100-Year Sentence For Dad Who Poisoned Kids:

William Cunningham of Clayton County, Georgia received the maximum sentence of 100 years for poisoning his own children. In 2006 Cunningham fed his 18-month-old daughter and 3-year-old son a deadly combination of prescription drugs, lighter fluid and Campbell Soup. His plan was to get his kids either sick or killed and then try and squeeze some money of the Campbell Soup Company.

Luckily the kids survived but they now have scarred lungs from being force fed the lighter fluid from the concoction and will more than likely have lifelong breathing problems.

I still can’t understand the type of person whose brain is so broken that they would put a price on their own children’s heads.

According to this article it seems that 23-year-old Matthew Roland of Waccasassa, Florida beat his 4-year-old daughter, Kristina Hepp, within an inch of her life. I say within an inch because if someone had called 911 to get her medical attention she would have lived. Folds didn’t call because he didn’t want to go to jail for child abuse. I guess going to jail for first-degree murder is so much better.

Roland’s live in vagina, 19-year-old Chelci Rae Folds, (Chelci? Really? Stripper name.) has been charged with child neglect. She didn’t call 911 either.

Crying baby in filthy apartment leads to woman’s arrest (with REPORT)

Daily News
FORT WALTON BEACH — A 20-year-old woman was arrested and charged with child abuse Thursday, the day after deputies found a 7-month old baby alone and crying in her filthy apartment.

The baby girl was strapped in a car seat, wearing a diaper overflowing with urine and fecal matter, according to an Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office offense report.

To read arrest report, click here http://video.onset.freedom.com/nwfdn/kk23f8-23abuse.pdf

The neighbor who called police said she had seen Jennifer D’Silva leave her Beverly Street apartment at about 5:30 Tuesday evening and had not seen her return.

The woman said she went outside her apartment at about 7:30 Wednesday morning and heard the baby crying. She said she knocked, but when no one answered she called for help.

The deputy was also unable to get anyone to answer. When the property manager unlocked the apartment, the deputies could smell “a strong odor of fecal matter and decay,” according to the report.

Inside, he saw the baby lying strapped in a car seat with no top on, partially covered with a bed sheet that appeared to be blood-stained. The car seat was on the floor in front of the TV and surrounded by dirty diapers, trash, empty rash ointment bottles and dirty wipes.

The rest of the apartment was in a similar state of disarray.

The deputy who changed the baby’s diaper noticed that she had a rash and blisters in her vaginal area, some of which were open.

The baby was taken to the Children’s Advocacy Center for a medical examination, where doctors said the baby’s head was misshapen and she has a weak muscular structure, possibly from being restrained in a car seat for extended periods of time.

The baby also had a rash, blisters and a yeast infection caused by urine burns and fecal matter, the report said.

Investigators accessed D’Silva’s Myspace page and found numerous photos of her hanging out at what appear to be clubs and parties, despite the fact that she is underage.

Some of the dates and comments coincided with times that the neighbor told police she had heard the baby crying, but did not see D’Silva’s car parked outside.

The neighbor said she had started to watch D’Silva after noticing that the woman left frequently but never took the baby with her.

Police recognized D’Silva’s “partner” from her Myspace page and found the woman’s address. They arrested D’Silva there Thursday.

She told them she would not talk with them until she had talked to her lawyer. She was fingerprinted and her Myspace documentation was entered into evidence, the report said.
i should have asked about the death penalty but since that doesn’t even appear to be a viable option…for some reason, those who torture and murder or abuse children get a VERY light sentence as if the child being 17 mos old made it ok to beat him, break his back and ribs and allow the pet rottweiler to attack him and then punch him so hard that he swallows baby teeth and then just watch him die.

largest number of child molesters are now organizing with the help of computer technology and maintain their collections of these illegal images. They are also using the Internet to increase the size of these collections. Personally illegal images of children are particularly valuable in the Internet, providing the attacker with a respected status among fellow exploiters and traders of the artwork. Once this status is reached, offenders often start exchanging pictures of their own sexual exploits with children.

When these images reach cyberspace, they are irretrievable and can continue to run forever. Thus, the child is a victim as the images are viewed again and again.

How to find the online child molester?

After this first encounter, they often continue to communicate electronically with the child or by other means. Some of these individuals may try to reduce the child inhibitions by gradually introducing sexual content into their online conversations and even send the child sexually abusive images of other children. When children pictures of peers are involved in sexual activities, they are tempted to believe this behavior is acceptable. This reduces their inhibitions and facilitating use of the attacker to take children sexually.

Parents and guardians
