Question : What do you think, it’s the first chapter of this book I’m working on!?
Title; Simply Sadee.
Chapter 1; I knew my life was a waste, I was wasted space in our universe. And anyone that didnt believe me could go ask my mom, she is actually the person that told me, “Sadee if you want to make something of yourself you need to act, or sing.” not model. My mom use to be in a old sopopra but it didnt get enough views so canceled after the second season. My mom Diann played a neighbor of the main character, my mom was mainly giving them advice and helping take care of there kids, out of 20 epsisodes my mom was in about 9. But my mom thinks some day people from universal studios will ask her to come down for an episode of CSI or something like that. Any ways, I cant act because i think acting is a fake way of being something your not for the entertainment of others, in fact i know thats exactly what it is. Singing, is my dream. I can sing so good and the words flow, its just beautiful but, I’m so stage fright that i shake on stange. Once when i was 6 years old I was in a Ballet performance, and i puke on the girls in front of me dancing, there was only 25 people there, and it was the family from the 5 dancers. The lights shining on me felt like they are burning my skin, i begin to sweat and my hands start trembling, I studder, nothing goes right. Singing is not ment for me, at all. Dian doesnt even expect me to model, she knows some one like me with big feet, long legs, long arms and curly black hair wasnt ment to be pretty. Sure I’m tall, but I’m not skinny, I’m not fat, I’m just average. I’m Simply Sadee May Clarks, and I dont know what i want with my life.

My dad left when i was 8. He was truly my everything. We’d play basketball with my two brothers while my younger sister was the cheerleader. My dad always took my sister and I for ice creem then we’d go to walmart and we’d each have 25 dollars for clothes and 25 dollars for toys. My poor sister Destiny doesnt remember my dad, all she remembers is he cared. Dian is kind of like the kind of person that when we turn 18 and we havent made it big by then she wont want anything too do with us, she practically doesnt already!
_________________________________________________________
Thats just the first few chapters, but am i on a good start. Here’s a summary of where i think i’m going to write about,

Sadee is a simple girl who lives with her 3 siblings Matt 16 , Sebastion, 14 and Destiny 9. Sadee is becoming of age and her body is changing in new ways, she does have a mother but her mother Dian (an old washed up sopopra star) is about as useless as a rock, that melted. Sadee lost her dad when she was about 8 and the only thing she has in this world is her amazing voice, But can Sadee concore her extreme stage fright for some stardom?

Chapter I

Another slow day at The Donovan’s, the home of the most delicious, mouthwatering, scrumptious food in the all Phoenix, Arizona. The spiders scuttled across the wooden walls that enclosed the restaurant, weaving a web at every corner. The single bills in the cash register rustled against each other as the wind scattered the dust off of them. A few drops of water trickled down the kitchen drain in a hollow sound that echoed around the empty place.

Mr. Denali, the manager of this branch, flipped through the expenses documents that were stored in his bureau from the last year. The payment dates were highlighted in a warning color that was impossible to miss under the ultra-white paper sheets – February the 19th. Mr. Denali spun around quickly in his leather-made office chair to face the calendar. “January the 21th” He exhaled heavily, he had less than a month to get behind. His forehead crumpled as he pondered on any possible way how to not run the company out of business. Fingers clamped down on his desk so hard that it was going to break apart, quivering as his clenched hands slammed upon it in a great force that spilled his hot coffee all over the pages.

“Dennis!” Mr. Denali yelled, shoving back his chair aggressively with a squeaking sound as the wheels scraped against the marble floor, and darting out of the office.

“Yes, sir” Dennis answered pleasantly, straightening his back, arms on both sides of his body.

“Come here for a second” Mr. Denali commanded, silently now, pacing the floor back and forth, glaring at the customers’ footsteps that had not yet been replaced with new ones.

“I’m here, sir” Dennis said in the same level of tune as he approached him. His lips twisted up slightly at one corner in an enigmatic smile as he prepared himself to what he thought he was going to tell him – the promotion he merited for a great service.

“It’s not good, Dennis, not good…” Mr. Denali mumbled under his breath. His eyebrows furrowed, squinting at the invisible customers.

“What’s happened?” Dennis asked concernedly, keeping in mind he was not going to get promoted today. He reached out to console him as a response to his agony.

Mr. Denali shoved his arm away unexpectedly. His forehead puckered up into tiny creases that accentuated the frown line across it as he concentrated. Stress and fury flowed through him. He seemed to be searching to the right words, irritated that he found it hard to spit out the sentence he knew he would regret saying. Eyes wrinkled up as he opened his mouth.

“Dennis, you’re fired” He finally said, staring down at the floor to avoid noticing the pain he had just caused by saying those three horrible words. His assistant, co-cushier, and a mate who had been flourishing the company to success since the establishment of this branch, now had to leave because of his boss’s bad management.

Dennis stood dead in his place, letting the depression that flickered across his creased skin express his acrimony, but still, the syntax of this sentence did not make sense to him. “I… am… fried” He hissed too low to allow Mr. Denali to hear, emphasizing each word in his mind. Dennis headed towards the employees room to pack this things before unleashing his last tears.

“Thank you, sir. I guess this is what I deserve for eight-teen years of hard work”
Dennis said bitterly, ripping his nametag off the suit and throwing it across the empty space of the restaurant, it hit the wall with a striking sound.

“But why? Have I done anything wrong?” He asked, forcing the tears inside his reddish eyes.

Losing this job was equivalent to losing his ruined childhood. It’d been his second house, an orphanage as he had used to scavenge food remnants in the trash containers. The economic state had left no options to his impoverished family but to beg the generous people in his town, managing to live through the poverty line they had attempted to cross over.

“No…” Mr. Denali answered hesitantly, finally raised his head a bit to face him. “It’s not you… we just have to make some cutbacks you know… nothing to do with your service really”

A rain of tears flooded out of Dennis’s eyes, though he struggled to absorb them before they could spill over. “So why didn’t you fire the other employees? Did you pick me because you knew I’d never argue with whatever you choose to do? Huh? Is it because of that? Or should I have quit and let you deal with all the mess like your precious employees did?

The words slip out of his mouth, letting the anguish control him deliberately. Mr. Denali stared at him with shock, unable to shut his hung-open mouth; he’d never heard him talk this way. For a second it seemed like the old Dennis was no longer seen. Instead of him there were the rage, intensity,

Subprime crisis and Chapter 13 Filings

0

In recent months the number of seizures in the country more than doubled over the same period last year. The reasons for this high share of deposits are numerous. First of all the sub-prime mortgages have ended up in the hands of people who probably could not qualify for the financing of the Convention. So there was the interest rates on loans higher than other loans in line. In addition, many products from sub-prime loans in question floating rates (ARMS), which usually set back in the early years after the establishment of credit.

As sub-prime loans to refer to Chapter 13, is the typical scenario is as follows: The owner qualifies for the loan without a substantial down payment and no documentation of significant revenues. The monthly payment is a stretch for the owner, but it is temporarily manageable. Depending on the type of weapon, the loan to one, two or three years will be deferred. At this time the owner can not later be able to enter the new mortgage payment. The owner is no debt on the property since the type of loan products required to do no longer fulfill this task refinance. Thus, the owner in a difficult situation. The current real estate market would be to sell it almost impossible for the owner of the property and pay the mortgage. Chapter 13, as the business saver home is known, would not be possible in the case of adjusting arms.

The idea behind Chapter 13 bankruptcy is a homeowner to catch up, what the mortgage arrears have to make mortgage payments were in addition to the current time. As prices adjust and reset loan can the owner do not have the current mortgage payment, much less a partial payment to catch up. The situation is basically an end of the world for the owner and the mortgage company. The owner has the ability to make payments and / or refinancing of outstanding debt was at a later date. The lack of appreciation of real estate has led the inability of owners to do just that.

What we will probably see to sell a large number of homes on the market. Many borrowers file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, not Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I think the market takes five to seven years to show signs of satisfaction. It will be interesting to see if Congress amends the bankruptcy code to allow mortgage debt to be paid. If not permanently, then for a short period of three to five years.

Life insurance and bankrupt developers Shopping Center: Chapter 2 begins

In the old city centers across the country, in principle, any building private property was, most often by the operator of the business – and often, the family lived in the soil, it is well known that Don Casto of Columbus, Ohio , the first “mall” true built in 1928. – Several shops, “strip” fashion, in single ownership, with their own parking. These days, the financing is largely from local banks, which have been achieved primarily rely on the personal signature of the borrower.

started later, such as shopping centers and has grown in size to a traditional business as an anchor tenant feature that began a few life insurance companies see the potential offered by this stable source of income. The field increases when the big stores, which historically aggressive competitors were given in the same shopping center agreed. Now we have the culmination of the genre, the mega-mall, the Mall of America near Minneapolis, hundreds more stores, small shops and an entertainment complex, which represented several acres of land covers.

Many life insurers and pension funds invested heavily in mortgage shopping center for many decades. Some of these loans were, and are self-depreciation over the term of the loan, but some data from, say, ten years, leaving a large “balloon” amount. The expectation was that the outstanding amount to be refinanced (“switch”) to a new loan on that date.

The plan works well when credit is loose. It is not as good, if the credit is tight work.

This is what happened to General Growth Properties, which has just been made bankrupt. We understand that the problem was particularly acute GG, because he relied heavily on short-term financing, probably more than most companies Business Development Center when it bought the Rouse Company, leaving large parts of the undeveloped land. GG was in a deadlock, since short-term loans it continues without much problem has not gone longer available to all.

This is not to cast a shadow on the goods themselves. To a large extent they are “Marquee” shopping centers that are well maintained and the best locations and competitiveness in their communities. The problem is not ownership; .. We read that they generate sufficient cash to meet their needs Problem is the inability to GG capital loans

mature So, refinance insurance companies and other lenders that are now not willing or able, through loans GG , notice that rolling, it may be extra time “, as it is or not. Will undoubtedly continue to operate the centers. The investment company that 25% of the shares GG agreed to provide significant resources for the Basic Law, “debtor in possession” in the bankruptcy proceedings.

Some are worrying that the “delay” can affect some of the same life insurance companies which have emerged as a petitioner on the lifeline. It is not quite the same situation as the banks with which an applicant or borrower has a financial relationship, and that’s it. A life insurance policy is in the nature of a trust relationship. It is hardly a trusting relationship as that between a policyholder and insurance company whose outcome is certain, and he trusts that necessarily the policy will pay off when he died and that his wife and his children will be protected.

Life insurance companies are regulated is by country, not by the government. But given the news that some life insurers (including the principal) in Washington said they could rescue aid must, it is probably no way that the federal government is missing from the solution, many countries that help themselves not in a position to him. and finally there is only one entity that has the power to create money from nothing.

It is unthinkable that a life insurance would be allowed to the extent that it is not about the politics of life and death of the insured person again, it will descend the spectrum here. General Growth bankruptcy is the largest bankruptcy of real estate, ever, and many companies are life insurance and pension funds have a lot of money on the table.

I generally have a good feeling about the possible emergence of General Growth of the insolvency proceedings. The properties are good. This is not a case of abandoned skeletons of skyscrapers built, half. It was too much for short-term loans and not enough confidence amortization loans. GG was caught in a credit crunch is not his own creation.

Beyond the question of repatriation of capital, it may “discount” and even some “open” to be given to the lender in the coming days. It remains to be seen how this will be a negative impact on certain life insurance and pension funds. It should look like.
