Question : How to know how much damage termites caused? Hello … I live in arizona and my house got termites in late 2006 … the termite activity was detected in the ceiling!

I called a termite company and they treated the house… however now a little over a year later I saw tubes on the ceiling and sure enough the termites are back.

I have a termite control warranty but I’m afraid that this problem will never end and they’ll keep coming back.

I went to go under the building but the clearance was to low and I caused some damage to the building but no damage to the Uhaul. I don’t think my auto insurance will cover it.
