A good name for the estate of a fictional Scottish law lord castle?
1A good name for the estate of a fictional Scottish law lord castle?
I write a novel and one of my main character’s father is a senior judge. It can be a sequence of Lanarkshire, Ayrshire and Lothian. I have not decided on the specific location. Anyway, I’m on a suitable title for the estate and castle thinking .. It has its good and its not already there .. Please can someone help me? His name is John Lord Robertson. Such as (real) senior judges have had names such as Lord Mackay of Clash remote, Lord Mackay of Drumadoon .. Something could Gaelic or in relation to something low country .. I thought Drumdevan or Kinlochmoidart but both relate to the high country and it already exists. I also have a character of Lord Douglas MacDonald and he’s in the Highlands then give me the ideas for his successor screams. If I am good and my book is published, I’ll give you a shout on the list thanks! merci.PS: Thanks to all before responding. I did not choose my answers on time, so he went to vote.

If your house is BEAUTIFUL stone/brick castle and it won’t sell would you lower the price?
6Question : If your house is BEAUTIFUL stone/brick castle and it won’t sell would you lower the price?
The market is slow, we want to build. We are currently only asking the price of the house that includes what we put into it and what we paid for it – no appreciation even though we have been here 9 years! It hasn’t sold yet! Should we lower it even more???? It is a unique home that looks like a castle and is beautiful – located just outside the city of Chicago in an amazing neighborhood with excellent schools. It is priced at the same price as some homes that have a bit more square footage but it is really custom and amazing, you could never get another one of these. What would you do?
Also, we have lowered it 29k so far. We have had a good number of showings and most people don’t say anything about it being priced too high. They say things like the would like a family room off the kitchen (which we don’t have). Most people love the house but would rather pay the same for more square footage rather than an amazing unique older home.

Good finance question! I know of an organization that gives up to $ 1500 to people to help them with their rent or mortgage. It’s available in most US cities, I highly suggest you check it out.

In Hayao Miyazaki’s latest animated masterpiece, journey beyond imagination and enter a “breathtaking fantasy world” (Kenneth Turan, Los Angeles Times) filled with adventure, humor and heart. Sophie, a quiet girl working in a hat shop, finds her life thrown into turmoil when she is literally swept off her feet by a handsome but mysterious wizard named Howl. The vain and vengeful Witch of the Waste, jealous of their friendship, puts a spell on Sophie. In a life-changing adventure, Sophie climbs aboard Howl’s magnificent flying castle and enters a magical world on a quest to break the spell. Featuring the voice talents of Jean Simmons, Christian Bale, Lauren Bacall, Blythe Danner, and Billy Crystal, Miyazaki’s artistry comes to life on DVD with inventive characters, unique storytelling and richly detailed animation. (c) 2004 Nibariki • GNDDDTLike a dream, Howl’s Moving Castle carries audiences to vistas beyond their imaginations where they experience excitement, adventure, terror, humor, and romance. With domestic box office receipts of over 0 million, Howl passed Miyazaki’s Princess Mononoke to become the #3 film in Japanese history, behind his Spirited Away and James Cameron’s Titanic. Based on a juvenile novel by Diana Wynne Jones, Howl’s Moving Castle marks the first time Miyazaki has adapted another writer’s work since Kiki’s Delivery Service (1989). Sophie, a 19-year-old girl who believes she is plain, has resigned herself to a drab life in her family’s hat shop–until the Witch of the Waste transforms her into a 90-year-old woman. In her aged guise, Sophie searches for a way to break the Witch’s spell and finds unexpected adventures. Like Chihiro, the heroine of Spirited Away, Sophie discovers her hidden potential in a magical environment–the castle of the title. Using CG, Miyazaki creates a ramshackle structure that looks like it might disintegrate at any moment. Sophie’s honesty and determination win her some valuable new friends: Markl, Howl’s young apprentice; a jaunty scarecrow; Calcifer, a temperamental fire demon; and Heen, a hilarious, wheezing dog. She wins the heart of the dashing, irresponsible wizard Howl, and brings an end an unnecessary and destructive war. The film overflows with eclipsing visuals that range from frightening aerial battles to serene landscapes, and few recent features–animated or live action–offer as much magic as Howl’s Moving Castle. –Charles Solomon

The incredible story of a Spanish conqueror, holding after 87 years, is still his castle fathers
0I was born in 1921 in downtown St. Louis, Missouri in the middle of the good old USA
I want to tell the story of two men of a certain small town in Missouri. One afternoon in late spring fair in 1891 two men graduated from the same university.
They were very similar, the two young men. Both were better than average students, both were personable and well liked. As graduates tend to be. They were filled with ambitious dreams for the future.
And on this day end with college degrees in hand, these young men from St Louis University to share their mark in the world. Some 30 years later they met at the inauguration of a new building. It was a special moment because one of the men designed and built this magnificent building is a very important customer.
They were very similar. Both were happily married. Both had three children. And both had gone to work as an architect.
But it was a famous architect with projects in Chicago, New York, and Missouri State Capital. The others were still drawing. The difference between the two men was no difference of capacity but a difference in the decision.
What made the difference
A man trained even the best architect he could and leave a legacy through his work. His dream was to buildings that relate to construct the test of time. The other was just happy to bring his work to paper.
My father was the man who put his ideas into action. He built something that would take several lifetimes to see many wars, live birth of a new century
.
My father was Thomas P. Barnett, the man who built this building 3207 Washington Avenue, St. Louis MO 63103rd And he and I together with yellow art glass shades of blue, green and red. I’m Conquistador. I watch this building since my last piece of glass was founded 87 years ago.
I am glad that Thomas P. Barnett, a lifetime of craft and care put in my building.
He died in 1930, but his work lives on life. I would give you more information about the building, which has survived so strongly and persistently. First, I want to tell you about me. I am the “Art Glass Window, Conquistador” bin
30 “by 30″ inches, colorful glass art representation of a Spanish conqueror. I’m to the left when looking out the window from inside. I hold a sign with a Spanish representative protection.
During the time used the turn of the century era in St. Louis, many windows as an accent to their fine properties.
The Art Deco-era Spanish mission architecture.
The building is an office building in the 1920 vintage building in the Art Deco Spanish Mission. Office building of Art Deco and Spanish Mission style began to emerge in the late 1800s and lasted until 1930. A famous example of this style is the San Diego Union Station completed in 1919.
The building has many unique architectural features. Three banquet halls, conference rooms, luxurious, private rooms, several full-service bars and several toilets. “They do not build em like before” True, a permanent building with a solid foundation for the house of your valuable business assets and customers. 23 000 b / w unique canvas for you and your designers create a design the most beautiful. The basement is actually the first floor because it is not actually underground is approximately 4500 square meters. There are two bathrooms and an emergency exit.
The building was designed as a clearinghouse for Quart States Life Insurance Companies world head. There are many unique features, including: There is a vault system throughout the building. This vault was secure and robust designed to store important documents in case of fire.
This building stands out from the competition in this unique Art Deco Spanish Mission style installation.
They are with the rich history of St. Louis and patrons are removed to be connected to visit this place. This gives you a head start over the distance pre-compiled or the type of joint reconstruction warehouse in the city today. You start with a space with the characteristics of style and design from there.
The first floor is wide open and beautiful with 12 pillars and arches. The expansion chamber ironed opens on a beautiful mezzanine rails candle with a chandelier hanging from the ceiling accented with 45-foot skylight. Winding up a split double pink Italian marble staircase to the mezzanine floor open to many rooms are spacious office.
The floor has a unique library designed rooms and two original fireplace, which hosted the presidents of Central American States. There are a lot of office space throughout the building. This means you could use a great site to evacuate workers.A 50-10 is on the east side of the building that are spilled on the street outside. Six large skylights add natural light inside the building.
When visiting customers, you will not have to worry if they do not confuse your business with the company competition.Your just before the road site, you will immediately find the rich history and charm of this historic site.
The different levels of the huge complex offers guests the opportunity to more of a concept such as meals on a plane, a cigar bar on another, and live music in the lower level.
You benefit from the Mid Town Art Districts Fox Theater, SLU Arena events and ample parking.
The building was recently remodeled and updated and has newer mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing upgrades, new roofing materials, lighting theory, painting, and indoor / outdoor alarm feature.
It is an exciting time and feels like a rebirth for the neighborhood. College my father is booming. You have just received the new SLU Sports Arena and parking lots completed directly on the street. I heard they were expecting more calendar of the University of 90-100 events per year, Chaifetz Arena, including concerts, shows, fairs, origins, and the men and women’s basketball host.
The Billikens host Missouri-St. Louis in the opening game at Chaifetz Arena on Friday, 14 NOVEMBER. Defending Mid-American Conference champion and NCAA team visited Kent State on Wednesday 19 November,
I am so happy to see that come all the new people in my neighborhood. You tell me that the new arena in more than 1 million new people get every year. That’s a lot of new faces by me. It is surprising that the university where my father from 117 years of study an astonishing 12,300 students now and still growing.
With the expansion SLU many other companies are moving next door. It is a cool new sports bar called Triumphs, which includes vintage motorcycles. It is the renovation of a new architect next door, and you know how much I love architects. Up the street on locust there is even an old fashion ice cream parlor. It would be the only area of the city with a split staircase in marble for Italy and unique charm of the old world.
This Art Deco Mansion is the perfect place for a restaurant or a nightclub operator who demands the best for their clients. And they tell me that this is only the beginning!
If you listen more you imagine how excited I am about the rebirth of the area. But what I really need a new contractor, and share their dreams within these walls. Someone who cares about the tradition. A person who realizes the value of history and how it makes for satisfied customers and clients. A person with a strong vision, optics, and the advantages of serving all new customers are walking and driving to my door.
