If my apartment building burned down tomorrow, would I be covered?

Question : If my apartment building burned down tomorrow, would I be covered?
I do not have renter’s insurance.
However, if my apartment building burned down tomorrow, through absolutely no fault of my own, would the insurance that the landlord company has pay for my loss of belongings? I looked through my lease and didn’t see anything about this.

Nope. You need to buy renter’s insurance to cover your possessions. Typically costs about $ 200 per year.

first off, if you cannot express yourself any better than this, you will not get far.

since you are talking about more than a small claims case this will require some serious legal work. you will have to prove it was the old guy’s fault that the house burned and you suffered damages. you will need to hire a lawyer for this.

be advised, unless you can prove this was the home owner’s fault you will likely receive nothing. this is why you should have renter’s insurance.

Question : my son was burned in a house fire, will the homeowners insurance cover his expenses?
My son was spending the night at a friends house when a fire occurred and he suffers from 3rd degree burns possibly needing skin grafts. We cannot afford these costs and they have homeowners insurance.

The problem in such a situation is that you cannot “file a claim” with another party’s insurer. And you cannot sue the other party’s insurer.

Either your health insurance will cover costs and pursue recovery against the other party or you will have to sue the other party directly.

Who is liable for burned business by another business?

Question : Who is liable for burned business by another business?
I am LLC, My business was burned , but its my neighbours fault, fire started from his warehouse. Another 2 businesses were destroyed also. Contents of my clients were burned and 100% destroyed with my contents also. My insurance doesn’t cover that, Landlords insurance will cover only rebuild building. Any chance that the company which has first fire will cover all victims?
Another thing is: My warehouse was not sprinkled and landlord did not ask any insurance from me. Can I sue him for that or not?

You are company with limited liability that is LLC, not insured. I do not think that company that has first fire will cover all victims even thought the first company has insurance because first company insurance will cover its property. You can consult attorney and lawyers in your state, region and they will surely provide you best law consulting for best solution.

Who is responsible for business burned by another company?

I LLC, my company has been burned, but the fault of my neighbors started the fire in his camp. Two other companies have also been destroyed. Content of my clients have been burned and destroyed 100% of my content as well. My insurance does not mean that insurance only covers the Upper rebuild the building. Good thing the company, the first light at all the coverage of victims? Another thing is that my camp was not dispersed and does not require the owners, insurance to me. Can I sue him for it or not?

Can I leave burned cd’s of music I own to be played by myself and other employees at my work?

3

I work at a treatment clinic with several other employees as well as clinicians. There are several treatment rooms with cd players. I burned some CD’s of relaxation music which I have purchased and own to be used in the treatment rooms by myself and other employees and clinicians. However, the supervisor of the clinic is concerned that the clinic playing this music in the treatment rooms is copyright infringement. There will be no other replications beyond this, nor pirating/ripping of the CD’s by others. Isn’t this legit? How can I find out for sure to assure my supervisor that this is ok to do (or not)?
