Question : I bought my iPhone two years ago, it’s broken now. Do I have to buy a new one? I bought my iPhone in November 2007….I forget how long the warranty lasts, but it was broken in 2008 and they easily exchanged it for a new working phone back then. Now it’s practically June 2009 (obviously) and the home button isn’t working at all.

Will I have to buy a new one, or is there some discount/coverage at all?

Question : what is best for 1st time home buyers? old cheap house bought cash or nice house with a mortgage? I wouldn’t mind to live in an old and not so beautiful cheap house for a few years in order to save money. And then, buy a nice house.

What do you think is better? Buy a nice house with a mortgage or buy cash an old house, wait a few year, and save money?

The guy said our toilets were overfilling, then draining the excess off into the tank, which was putting too much load on the tank. Sounds like hogwash to me, but I gave it a week. I just bought and moved into an older (67 years old) home that was completely renovated (roof, siding, electric, heating, plumbing, a/c, interior, doors, windows, etc) in 2007. My question is: the floor is saggy in some places, and makes a lot of “popping” noises when you walk across it.
