Question : My roommate got a 0 credit on our rent because he resigned for another year, should I get any part of that? OK, so the backstory here is that my roommate lived alone for a year in our current apartment before I moved in. He then was offered a $ 400 resigning bonus to sign another year on the lease. When the initial lease expired, he asked me to move in and sign on the lease for this current year, which is the year that he was offered the bonus for signing up for. Question : Can an insurance company deny a claim because of an expired inspection sticker? My dad let me borrow his car (which I am also insured on) to do a job hunt in another city. Someone backed into the car and didn’t leave a note making me file a claim with the insurance company. What I didn’t realize was that while my dad was out of state working, the inspection sticker had expired. Now the car can’t pass inspection until the hood gets fixed but if the insurance company denies the claim based on this, I’m stuck in this town with a catch 22 situation.

Question : How can you tell if a marbled table is damaged because of the weather? I have a crack on my marbled table when my relocation company moved it in December/January. However, they are now denying the claim, stating that the crack was due to weather condition changes.
