and looking to move out of the neighborhood shes in but she is finding it very difficult to find anyone to rent to her. She lives in Richmond California and is looking at the Oakland area or somewhere else in the Bay area. Does anyone know of any property management firms in the Bay area that deals with “challenged credit”?

don’t know of any but maybe if she had her rent deducted from her check or maybe if someone with good credit could be on the lease it would help

After all, except as jewelry, what good is gold?

If high inflation is on the way (like around 2013) then what is a good use for money to prevent loss of value of money stashed in savings accounts?

You just never know with the U.S. stock market. But what about companies that are financially grounded in China or Germany?

Seems like – here at home in the U.S. – maybe something like an inexpensive high-efficiency car or high-efficiency appliances or home energy conservation investments might be a smart hedge against inflation.

I think inflatiion is on the way! Here is why:

#1 the Obama Administration reminds me of the Carter Administration (the interest rate for my first mortgage in 1981 was 17%), and

#2 I believe that there is going to be a second wave of foreclosures caused by a wave of commercial mortgage defaults starting around 2013, and

#3 Obama seems to be unable to effectively create jobs in the US; and without jobs, there is no great tax base, so then the Federal Gov’t must inevitable start printing more money in order to pay all those debt obligations that are accruing.

In the last question how Hillary intends to stop the insurance companies from cherry picking. I was accused of not working as hard as the top 1%, I was called a socialist liberal for wanting the checks and balances put back in place as Hillary has proposed to do with out raising taxes.

In the last 4 years the insurance companies have blatantly not paid bill after bill. I have gone to hearing after hearing until I gave up on that. I would win and they still didn’t pay.

In the 1st instance Blue Cross Blue Sheild did not pay for my daughters wheelchair resize and support she needed to take the stress off the spinal fusion. Her back broke from the stress in April. They did pay for the 2nd surgery and still not the support in her chair leaving her bed and home bound for a year. They were working in collaboration with the State of Wisconsin Medicaid because no insurance company will insure her completely since birth.

Bwana It is my accusation that laws have been put in place by our reps allowing this to happen. I do believe Hillary is aware of what has happened and knows how to fix it. I don’t know about any strawman likeness. I worked for this care and the law has allowed them to just not deliver.
