I started with an adjustable mortgage. After two years the rates and payments shot up. I modified with them to a two year fixed. This expires in August. Currently the percentage rate that I’m paying on my car is 21.5 and I need a lower note asap. I owe about 12,000 and I think the value is about 7,000.
