Question : Is a stablization part necessary when moving a washer and dryer to another state? I am hiring a moving company and getting estimates on moving my front loading washing machine and dryer (yes its worth it) and 1 company states that I will need to pay for a drum stabilizer for the washing machine. Does anyone know if this is true? Another estimate didnt say I needed one. It will be over a 1,500 mile move. Thanks moving estimates

Question : How can I buy a rental property in another state!? I an thinking of buying a property (multifamily) for about $ 200,000. I have close to 40% down to lower the risk and make payments lower. I live in Brooklyn, NY and prices here nowhere close $ 200k for even a duplex.
