Question : How do permits work along with Homeowners Insurance?
Doing a few projects at home that require a permit. I have been told that getting a permit helps in case of homeowners insurance claims. Not sure how this works. Does the insurance company have a way to look into my home records to see whats been worked on?

They won’t cover any claim related to a project that requires a permit, but a permit wasn’t issued.

Just get the permits and you are good to go.

2. Use the equation which you provided to substitute for y

3. Differentiate s with respect to time ( find ds/dt)
When you differentiate, think of x as being a function of time that you need to use the chain rule on. Since you don’t know what this function is you write dx/dt wherever you want to take the derivative of x with respect to t.

4. You are told that the x-coordinate increases at a rate of 5 units per second. This means that dx/dt = 5 unit per second. Substitute this in what you have from step 3.

Question : My Wife and I are considering moving to Canada along with our 3 year old son. How hard will it be to get work?
My wife and I are well educated and want to become productive members of Canadian society and raise our son there. We are not interested and just moching off of their healthcare system, in fact we are all very healthy.
Currently my wife is a Real Estate agent and I doubt that will be possible to continue up there, but she does have a bachelors degree in Communications. I have a Masters in Sports and Facility Management, have worked in pro-sports, am a series 7 licensed stock broker that has spent 4 years in banking and I have a NASM personal training certification.
My question is, how hard will it be to get a work visa? How hard will it be to move the family? which career or job paths would be easiest to acquire? and what should my first steps be?
Right now we have 1-2 years before we will be ready to make the jump and I want to learn all I can.

After decades of waiting, crews are finally breaking ground on the Interstate 69 extension. Some of the first bulldozers began knocking down trees Tuesday afternoon, making room for the interstate. According to an INDOT spokesperson, homes won’t be torn down until at least April. The project will demolish more than 400 Hoosier homes.
