Ralston can be found in the MLS record books. It is the first all-time in the league in games played (378), assists (135) and minutes played (33 143) Ralston is also a former member of the U.S. national team 36 times and has been limited. He played eight seasons with the New England Revolution. He was drafted by Tampa Bay in 1996 and won Rookie of the Year and played dissolved his first six seasons with the rebels outside the club after the 2001 season. He was selected by New England in the 2002 draft dispersion.
Ralston attended Oakville High School in St. Louis. He played one year at the College Football Paris 2010 in St. Louis at Forest Park Community College for coach and National Soccer Hall of Fame Pat McBride. He finished his college career at Florida International University.
He was twice winner of the CONCACAF Gold Cup with the United States in 2005 and 2007. Ralston has four goals and was appointed Deputy internaitonal team championship in 2006. He scored the winning goal against Mexico 3rd September 2005 that the United States guaranteed a seat at the World Cup in Germany.

Question : Why does my mortgage companies keep selling my mortgage again and again. How will this affect credit score?
Companies keep selling my mortgage over and over again. Its a fixed rate mortgage and i have had it since 2004. We started with HSBC and as of now the mortgage has been sold 4 times to 4 different companies. Should i be alarmed? I plan on moving in the next year, is there anything i should do to protect my self? Thanks

Mine was sold 3 times in 2 weeks.

(CNSNews.com) – Sheriff Paul Babeu of Pinal County, Ariz., says it is “an outrage” the Obama administration has stopped building the double-fencing needed to assist the Border Patrol in securing the U.S.-Mexico border and says it is time for the United States to begin fighting illegal immigration and drug smuggling directly at the border instead of within the country where it harms American citizens and communities.
By the time Obama was inaugurated in January 2009, according to the Justice Department, only 108 miles of the 262-mile-long Arizona portion of the 2,000-mile-long U.S.-Mexico border had been fenced.
“We shouldn’t be fighting this battle in the interior. We should be fighting it directly on our international border,” Babeu said in an “Online With Terry Jeffrey” interview. “And it’s an outrage that our own federal government stopped building the fence.”
Babeu, whose southern Arizona county sits astride major drug-and-alien-smuggling routes running north from Mexico, has joined with Sheriff Larry Dever of Cochise County, Ariz., and Arizona’s two U.S. senators, John McCain and Jon Kyl, to push a 10-point plan for securing the border. The plan includes, among other provisions, completing the necessary border fencing, deploying 3,000 National Guard troops to cover just the Arizona stretch of the border, and deploying significantly more surveillance aircraft than are currently used to patrol the border.
Babeu, who is also a major in the Army National Guard and who did a tour in Iraq, formerly commanded Task Force Yuma, a deployment of 700 Army and Air Force National Guard troops who worked with the Border Patrol to secure one segment of the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona

I’m not sure why the fence was stopped, but most of the organized crime elements–the ones we need to root out–are tunneling under the fences and entering that way. I’d rather see those people caught than worry about small groups coming over a fence any day.

Question : Refinancing a home loan do I need to put 20% down again?
With all the mortgage rates dropping, I’m considering refinancing my home loan. Do I have to put a 20% down payment again to avoid PMI even for a refinance? My concern is that if my montly payments get lower, but now I will have to pay PMI, it might be more feasible for me to just not refinance, since it nets out to the same, and I don’t plan on living at my current home for 3 more years.

you will need pmi if you do not have 20% down.
for only 3 years the cost to refi is not worth the savings.
